*Three Years Later*
"Princess!"
Niall bent at the knee, smiling like an idiot. His arms were open, waiting for Ellie to jump into them.
"Daddy!" Elliot yelled, wobbling over to him on her tiny legs. She bit her little pink lips in concentration, hoping not to fall. Her long brown hair was hanging around her face, bouncing as she ran over to him.
Once she was close enough, she flung herself into Ni's arms. "I mwissed you Daddy." She said, burying her face into Niall's neck, just like I do. Niall laughed and gave her a big hug, kissing the top of her forehead.
"And Mister Man!" he said, grinning.
Sure enough, Cal popped out from behind me. "Daddy!" he yelped, wobbling over to him. His blonde hair was styled in a mini-quiff, like Nialls, and his blue eyes lit up when Niall pulled him into a hug.
As per the routine, Niall grabbed both kids in his strong arms and stood. Flicking his now almost totally brown hair out of his eyes, he smiled down at them.
"One, two, three!" He yelped, beginning to spin. His feet slapped the hardwood floor as he spun the children into a dizzying circle.
Ellie's hair flared out as she yelled happily. Wee little Callum screamed happily, laughing. I watched them happily, a small smile in my face. It was nice to have Niall home, finally. We had been with him for almost the whole tour, but left a few days early so Ellie and Cal could get used to their own beds again. And anyway, I needed to start decorating for tomorrow.
Niall stopped spinning. He looked dazed, dizzy, but he smiled anyway. "I missed you three!" He cooed, kissing their foreheads again.
Cal laughed. "Daddy, why you gone bye-byes?" He asked, blue eyes curious.
Niall sighed. "Daddy had work."
"With the crazy ladies watching you?" Cal asked, sounding surprised. I let out an unladylike snort. He was right though, some of the fans were crazy. It had been years, yet they still... what did they call it? Oh yeah, fangirled.
Niall laughed. "Yeah, with the crazy ladies watching me."
Cal gasped, little pink lips stretching into an 'O'. "Why?" He asked.
Niall smiled softly at his son. "So you can get new toys and games."
Cal jumped from Niall's grasp, and began hopping around the kitchen. "Daddy, Daddy, guess what?"
"What bubba?"
"I got a new tractor toy!" Cal said, eyes sparkling.
Niall laughed and bent down beside him. Giving him a noogie, he chuckled "Well, what are we waiting for! Let's see it!"
Cal jumped up happily, sandy hair splaying over his head with the movement. He was in need of a haircut.
"Daddy, Daddy, I gots a new dwolly!" Ellie squealed, grabbing onto Niall's pant leg.
Niall grinned, his handsome face positively glowing. "Show me."
Ellie and Callum tumbled out the door, tripping over one another in a race to the toy room. Ellie's long brown hair flew behind her like a curtain of silk, her tiny little feet slapping the floor. Callum was ahead, his slightly longer legs giving him an advantage, but El didn't care. As long as Niall saw her doll, she would be happy.
"Hello beautiful. I missed you." Niall's raspy voice sounded in my ear. Shivers ran down my spine, and I turned. Instantly I was in his arms, curled up to his chest. Throwing my arms around him, I buried my face into his neck.
