Myrah's P.O.V.

I went back home just before my mom and brother could wake up.

This is not how I wanted it to turn out.

I wanted to be honest with him and maybe we could solve it together.

But instead..... I had my heart crushed. Again.

I felt a tear streak down my eye.

"It..... hurts...." - I whispered to myself.

I laid there for several minutes thinking about everything that happened.

Then biglang may kumatok sa pintuan.

"Myrah? You awake?" - my brother called out. He woke up earlier than mom. Huh.... figures.

I tried to hide my feelings and managed to croak out, "Yeah..."

"Can I come in?"- he asked.

"You have the key anyway. I couldn't say no if I wanted to." - I said while still laying on the floor.

I don't care if he sees me crying anyway. I have the right to.

He went inside and stopped right after he saw me laying on the floor. Right now, nasa gilid lang ng ulo ko ang paa niya.

I moved my arm slightly and peeked at him. "Yo."

"Nice bed." - he said amused.

Tinakpan ko ulit ang mga mata ko, "What do you want?" - I said in a disrespectful tone, hoping that he would get the point and leave.

I'm all out of energy to bicker with him at the moment.

He laughed at my serious tone, "Wow, ang KJ mo naman little sis. Just because I'm not related to you doesn't mean you can talk to me that way." - then I felt myself being lifted. "I'm still your big bro pipsqueak." - aaand he dropped me on my bed.

He hoped that I would get annoyed but I still didn't respond. Like I said, I'm not in the mood.

And all I did was sit up straight and look at him.

He raised his eyebrow but then he realized that I was never going to be cheered up.

He gave out an awkward cough and grabbed a chair to sit in front of me.

I only stared emotionless as he waited for someone to break the silence.

Well good luck, I'm not saying anything.

And at last, after a few minutes of sitting there. He spoke.

"Myrah, after you went to your room, Mom and I have come up with a decision." - he said in a serious tone.

And as I response, I could only stare.
