The Boy

All his life, he felt like he was different than most people
He was sensitive
A boy so quiet that he was belittled
To the point that he just became submissive

He always wondered why he felt out place
In his mind, he didn't belong
By bullies, he was chased
By the time they were done, he asked himself: why can't he be as strong?

His self-worth, they stole
Knowing not who to trust, he kept to himself
Told not a single soul
Who would let him be his true self?

Finally he grew up nevertheless still the same shy and quiet boy he was
He still felt worthless, alone, a stranger basically
Craving more than ever to be loved and accepted, not a person to be tossed
Awaiting the heart of someone that will be of vacancy

Hey Strangers, sorry for writing another sad poem but this really hit a certain spot in me and you may already know, this poem was about me and how I was bullied alot in school and basically just felt like a weirdo.

So if you have been bullied, please talk to me or someone closest to you. No one should go through that alone.
