Wilson's House

Harris and Martin passed through the gate of Wilson's House coming face to face with the guard dogs, two big ass rottweilers with a big smile on their faces on attack pose. Ms Cordina, the maid, came out to see why the dogs were barking and after seeing the detectives she took the guarding beasts to their place.

Cordina informed the detectives that Mrs Wilson was waiting for them on her office and showed them the way.

Mrs Wilson first of all, we are sorry for your lost. started Martin taking Wilson's hand in his.

Thank you detectives, please take a seat. Do you want something to drink, a coffee, some juice or tea perhaps. questioned the widow

Thank you Conselour but we are fine. answered Harris greeting with a nod.

So, detectives what can i do for you? the widow asked

We wanted to know if you knew that your husband was having an affair with Gabrielle Griffin? asked Martin

Ha, Tomas was the kind of man that couldn't keep it in his pants. I wouldn't be shocked if he was having an affair. Wilson answered bitterly gulping the rest of the wine on her glass.

So, you knew? continued Martin

Yes, i knew and i was about to get a divorce because of his escapades. I felt that enough was enough. Sometimes i felt responsible for what he was doing because i was spending my time working in my office downtown, and i wouldn't come home without having my cases solved. But thinking about it made me see that he was the one to blame on this, he was the one who couldn't keep his promise to me to never cheat. she continued filling her glass with the burgundy liquid Don't get me wrong, i have some guilt on this, but i didn't cheat even though i could have done it. I am to blame the absence at home but the rest is or was on him. she finished taking the last sip of her wine while sitting in her office chair.

Mrs Wilson we wanted to take his notebook and every document that he had, as well as search his office and the rest of the house. We might get some clues about his murder. said Harris

Make yourselfs at home detectives, but please don't touch my files, the ones that are in this desk or the ones filed on that shelf. the widow said motioning to it

Sure thing Mrs.Wilson. answered Harris after taking her phone to call the CSU to help collecting possible evidence.

The day has been long for the detectives. After work Harris and the senior detective decided to take a couple of drinks and some homemade food from the little bar a block from the station.

So Jesse how is your mother? asked Conrad It's been a long time since i've seen her. Did she find herself a new husband? e continued smirking toward the woman

Mother says that she doesn't need a new husband, and for once i agree with her. 'Sides why would she try to marry again after husband number 4? she answered trowing a sharp look at the older man Would you be interested to be her new hubby, Conrad? she asked letting a playfull smile come to her face.

As i said before, women are worst than blood hounds, and your mother scares me behond believe for me to be comfortable enough to try to be with her that way. he answered puting his hands in a defencive gesture. I respect your mother and care about her as if i was her long lost brother, so no i wouldn't want to be her new husband, but i could try to be her friend, actually i would like pretty much to be her friend. he finished gulping down the cool beer brought to their table.
