This is entertaining.

Watching Isaac practically beat Ethan to the bone was pretty amusing, although I have yet to talk to Ethan personally I suspected he as exactly like his twin brother but after seeing Isaac whimper away from the smirking Ethan the bemused smile was exchanged for a face of shock. The look in Isaac’s eyes were a mix of confusion and fear as he followed Scott’s exact orders and stalked off Stiles and Allison hot on his trail, basically prying the story out of his mouth.

While walking off, he left Scott to stare down at Ethan in anger and within those few seconds I could have sworn that Ethan stopped breathing when Scotts glares became harder.

As I continued to watch their silent exchange, I stood a few feet away from the two chewing on my bottom lip having a silent argument with my self deciding whether or not I should interfere before things got a little too out of hand. Though I wanted to see Scott finish off what Isaac had already started, I didn’t want Coach thinking he was being a emotional idiot and kick him off the time. Taking the few strides I needed to get to where Scott was standing, I gripped onto his arm dragging him in the direction the others had gone thankful that Scott didn’t throw a fit with me. “How’d you do that?” I asked worried that he might’ve done something bad to which one of the Alpha pact members had witnessed his outburst.

“I have no idea, Jordan.” He breathed the sound of concern in his voice made me think that he actually had no control over what he had done and it was in the spark of the moment. “It just happened.” His voice was barely over a whisper but it was loud enough for me to hear from where I was standing. Scott’s eyebrows scrunched up together, probably trying to figure out why Isaac had acted that way towards him. “It’s probably just the Derek thing,” he reasoned making my breath hitch in my throat at the mention of it. The little scene that only happened less then five minutes ago made my thought of Derek fade but thanks to Scott, they had no returned and I could only think of the worse at this moment.

Taking a deep breath, I dreaded the next few words that were going to come out of my mouth. Asking the one person that had been there to witness whatever happened last night and had the answers to whether I could sleep at night or not. “Did he actually-“ I paused, trying to find a better word for this situation but there was nothing else to use to I concluded with the last resort. “Die?” I asked, closing my eyes as I listened to his breathing.

There were two answers to this, it was either he did or he didn’t. Unfortunately for my aching soul, I was letting it drift to the most painful answer that could ever come out of Scott’s mouth I just needed him to confirm it for me one last time. “He’s gone.” I’d never once thought that those two simple words would made my heart cut open, pouring out all the contents that was ever contained in there.

After my first encounter with Derek, I didn’t think I would ever get so attached to him. Of course in a fatherly way, I didn’t think I would let him into my life but after hearing that my parents trusted him I did also. My first impression of him turned out wrong, though he was still scary beyond belief if it came to something that would harm me, he was all rainbows and sunshine around me, which I gratefully appreciated from him. By the looks of it, I was the only family Derek had and I’ve allowed myself to let him be my family also. Sadly, here came the day I’d never thought I would see. “He fell of the ledge. If I didn’t claw at the Alpha that had him, they wouldn’t have fallen.”  Closing my eyes, I pushed back the tears that were threatening to peak through my lids.

“Scott, it’s not your fault.” I said. “You were just trying to help, that’s all everyone could ever ask for.” I comforted, I would never let Scott blame himself for Derek’s death just because he was simply trying to help a friend it was absurd.

“You’re not mad?” He asked me, surprising me more than me was.

“Why would I be?” I asked placing a reassuring hand on is shoulder. “Scott, you’re like my brother. I could never be mad at you for trying to help Derek, it would be dumb.” He let out a sigh of relief before engulfing me in the most bone crushing huge in this lifetime.

“Never thought I would be able to get a baby sister,” he cooed before letting me go.

“Only by a few months, Scott.” Rolling my eyes, I couldn’t help from fighting back the smile that was growing bigger by the second.

This was Scott’s healing. Just hearing words of reassurance about the accident last night made him feel a whole lot better, I could sense it. He didn’t need to think he was healing, all he needed was for someone to forgive him for something that didn’t need to be apologized for but in defense to Scott he needed to apologize to someone.

In the distance, we could hear Coach’s whistle and loud yells warning us that if we weren’t on the bus in less than ten minutes he would leave our asses out here in the middle of nowhere to fend for ourselves. “Looks like you guys are riding the bus with us.” Scott informed, point to Allison. In each hand she held our bags, dragging them into the bus with Stiles and Isaac in tow. Right at that moment my phone had beeped, reaching into my back pocket Allison’s named flashed across the screen along with a bunch of words under her bold name. Tapping on the text, her message was now understandable for me to read.

The car’s out of gas, we have to ride with the team. I already asked coach.

“Looks like we are,” I said whilst placing my phone back in my pocket. Following closely behind Scott as we made our way into the bus, my eyes skimmed over those who were already in their seats. Isaac’s face lit up at the sight of me, giving me a large smile and a frantic wave. Beside him was Boyd, giving me a subtle nod unlike Isaac’s sudden movements. Giving the two a small grin and a wave, passed their seats.

Not too far behind them on the opposite side of the bus sat an injured looking Ethan and Danny whom was attending to his wounds, Ethan didn’t mind it though he seemed to be enjoying the attention Danny was giving him. This made me reevaluate Ethan’s sexuality, realizing that he was batting for the other team making me grateful that he would not be touching me like his perverted brother and happy that Danny was able to find someone in his life, even if it were some dangerous werewolf.

At the back of the bus sat Allison with an empty sea beside her, which I could only assume was for Scott. In front of her was Stiles, giving me a goofy grin tapping the unoccupied space beside him signaling that I would be sitting there and not Scott. “Thank you, baby.” I said, giving him a peck on the cheek.

“No problem, sweetheart.” His arm was now wrapped around my waist, pulling me closer to his side. “I’m guessing Scott told you,” giving him a slight nod, Stiles gave me a sympathetic smile. “Are you okay?” He stared back at me; his fingertips slowly dragged themselves across the exposed skin around my waist. Lifting his hand, he caught a stray strand of hair between his fingertips looping it around my ear before allowing his fingers to lightly kiss my skin before arriving to their destination interlacing our fingers together.

“I’m fine,” I whispered, my voice coming out as a whisper to the sudden shock of his movements that left my body in chills. “So is Scott.” This statement left Stiles sitting in his seat with a wide grin on his face.

“Good,” he breathed. His lips were now placed on top of mine, giving me a small peck before pulling back and cuddling me more into him.

Hopefully everything is fine now.
