Stiles’ P.O.V
My left hand was on the wheel while my right was nestled in Jordan’s as she hummed the tune to one of the top hits that had been pouring out of my speakers. The feeling of her hand in mine was so familiar yet so right and I could only wish that we just sat here in the car enjoying each others presence but much to my dismay, we were already driving into the school’s parking lot. Suddenly, Jordan’s thumb was constantly tapping against my skin while her other hand was fingering through her hair, which only made it more messier than it already it. Taking my eyes off my girlfriend for a few seconds, I was able to get my jeep parked into a spot by the doors. Turning off the ignition I was prepared for Jordan to follow suite, instead she just sat in the car staring out the windshield with a blank stare painted on her face.
Whilst I continued I stare at her, waiting for her to realize I had, she hadn’t. Jordan continued to stare at completely nothing, chewing on her bottom lip, one thing I had learned was because she was over thinking something. “Baby, what’s wrong?” I asked, feeling the chills I get when calling her mine. A few days ago, I couldn’t even imagine even being able to call Jordan my girlfriend, now she is officially mine and mine only. “Jordan?” I asked again, seeing as though the first time she hadn’t snapped out of her daze. Following her gaze I had realized that she wasn’t staring at absolutely nothing but a certain werewolf that made my blood boil and my veins pop. Giving he a cold glare, which I doubt he’d even seen due to his stare down with my girlfriend, I turned toward Jordan one again.
Clasping her chin in between my fingers, I managed to rip her from her constant staring with Aidan her beautiful green eyes finally staring back at mine as my lips brushed against hers. “Are you okay?” I asked again, this time I knew for sure she had heard me.
“I’m fine,” she answered her voice full of confusion. “Why do you ask?” She asked me, this time it was my turn to furrow my eyebrows and look back at her in confusion.
“You’ve been staring at twiddle dumb over there,” she took a quick gaze at Aidan once again to see a scowl on his face as he watched the scene in front of him unfold. Without a doubt I knew Aidan was more confused than I was with Jordan’s staring, to be quite honest with you for a mere second even I though Aidan was Jordan wrapped around his Alpha finger but unfortunately for him I won this battle. “You’re not thinking about leaving me are you?” I asked, faking shock putting a hand over my heart trying to lighten up the mood she was in. Gratefully, a wide smile appeared on her face along with her melodic laugh.
“Well what if I am?” She asked, gripping onto my collar pulling me closer to her. I couldn’t help the smile that was plastered on my face at the feeling of just having her so close to me.
“I’m too irresistible for you, babe.” I winked, causing her let out a laugh again. “Now what’s wrong? It’s only right, as our boyfriend, that I should be able to know and comfort you about it.” I told her, puffing my chest out in a manly manner making her let out fits of laughter once again.
I loved the feeling of just being the one that makes Jordan laugh and smile, it reassured me that she was all right and I had nothing to worry about anymore. “I’m just worried,” she said letting out a sigh. “Aidan can ruin everything.” Now I understood why she was so worried, Aidan had once ruined something between Jordan and I once, who’s to say he won’t do it again. Aidan would do anything for Deucalion, even if he had to lick dirt he would do it, but I am making sure he is not laying a damn finger on Jordan ever again.
“Jordan,” he name rolling off my tongue so naturally. “We’ll be fine, he’s not going to come in between us.” Nodding her head, her lips neared mine. Her soft, plump lips pressed against my own giving me a soft sweet kiss that I find myself hungering for each and every minute. Unfortunately the kiss had to end due to the loud monotone bell that I find myself cringing at even more nowadays.
Jordan pulled back, giving me a wide grin. “Let’s get to class,” she said before taking off into the school leaving me to groan in my seat unhappy that I didn’t get enough time to kiss those sweet lips of hers. Locking my car, I followed behind her trying to stifle the laugh that was threatening to come out when watching Jordan struggle with opening the door, only making her even more cute and my insides do a flip.
-----------------------------------------
My eyes scanned over the moving heads, trying to spot the shaggy hair of my best friend whom I have yet to see at all since first period. On top of that, it wasn’t helping that he hasn’t been answering his texts either which was somewhat sending me into a stage of worry but I constantly told myself that Scott would be able to handle himself. Even if I he were in any trouble, I wouldn’t be much help, unless he needed a baseball bat then I would happily supply him with it. Other then that I was nearly no use at all, well physical wise at least.
At the end of the hall I could see Jordan’s brunette hair swaying from left to right, her arm chaining onto another’s, which I could only assume was Allison due to the dark brown hair and pale skim. The both skipping into the cafeteria, laughing at something that was probably funny to the both of them but who knows, they laugh at about anything. A few minutes earlier Jordan and I had parted way in search of our two friends, I on the mission to find Scott while she would meet up with Allison at her locker.
Still eyeing the many people that had passed by me, I decided to just head on into the café to and just ask Allison on Scott’s whereabouts which would obviously be reasonable because she is dating the boy himself. A strong pat on my back had snapped me out of my thoughts but it only added much vulgar ones after seeing whose hand it belonged to. “Aidan.” I sneered, taking my eyes off him and at the cafeteria doors trying to devise a plan for me to get out of his grip and through those doors without him saying anything else to me. Though I’m insanely happy to know that Jordan would go for someone as dorky as me, and not some muscular dude like Aidan, I can’t help but fear that he may have a few ways in stealing the light of my life.
“So you and Jordan?” He asked, it was obvious he knew the answer but it was also obvious that he want to get inside my head and mess around with me. So instead of answering, I just continued to look straight forward and not bother spare him a glance. Aidan, on the other hand, didn’t seem to take a hint because he just continued to talk about the relationship I was in and my girl. “How did you get a girl like that, Stilinski?” He asked, the question making my blood boil but I wasn’t going to give him the satisfaction of getting me pissed to the bone so instead I continued with my silent replies. “She’d be better off with someone like me,” the smirk of his face was probably painted on there considering he always wore it every single minute in a day.
“Look,” I said calmly. “Jordan is my girlfriend, she choose to be with me. So I’d take your hairy ass elsewhere because I’m not going anywhere.” Were the last words I had told him before storming off into the cafeteria not long after spotting Jordan and Allison seated at our regular table talking about who knows what.
Plopping into the seat next to Jordan, I placed a kiss on her cheek, which caused her to blush, slightly making my laugh and Allison let out a small ‘aww.’ This morning, when Jordan and I had waltzed into school hand in hand, Allison and Scott had questioned the gesture but soon realized that we were officially, a couple which caused the couple to bust into joy. Whilst the two of them had gushed over us, Jordan and I just laughed at the two. Nothing could ruin this right here; I had my girlfriend by my side and two best friends. Well one thing could and will stop at nothing to ruin everything.
Aidan.
