Chapter 2

When I got home I went straight to my room to start on my homework, because for now my promise to keep organised and to do homework the night it’s set was still standing firm. I dropped my bag next to my desk and took a seat starting up my laptop, once it hummed to life I typed in passwords and what not and opened a word document to start my English Lit. Paper.

How he can justify giving us an essay on our first day back was beyond me, being the new teacher you’d think Mr Greyson would want to make a good impression, maybe he doesn’t think he has too because he’s so attractive – NO NO NO delete and strike from the records!

Well I already hate him for embarrassing me in class so I decided to do his stupid essay but annoy him at the same time. Basically the essay has to be on a book we’ve read already, we have to first summarise the plot in case he hasn’t read it himself and then go into detailed character and theme analysis, how am I going to annoy him? I won’t take it seriously, so I won’t write about a book he would’ve chosen for us to read in class or anything like it.

Since he hates it so much I’m going to write about Harry Potter - I’m a complete expert, I can quote the series without needing books, but being the horribly cautious student I am I will also write one on Catch 22 in case he decides I haven’t done what he asked, it’s extra work but it’ll be worth it, now I just have to pick which book from the series to write about...

In the corner of my eye I saw a little box pop up on the bar at the bottom of my screen, I clicked it open seeing it was a chat window from Jenny, damn I really need to change the instant sign in from default setting.

Same but therz a problem I have never finished a book in my life, sure I start but they  get so boring and I like socialising I can’t do that with a book in front of my beautiful face can I?

LOL just download cliff notes on a movie you’ve seen that was a book that way if he asks you about it you will actually know stuff about it.
