My savior // Calum hood fanfic

Chapter 3: Happy

We stayed like this for awhile until my phone began to ring.

We pulled away as I reached in my pocket slowly pulling it out.

I looked at the brightly lit screen to see the words "incoming call from Mark" on it.

I sighed. Calum must of noticed because he looked over at the phone with anger in his eyes.

I decided to answer it because I didn't want to get hurt again.

"Hello?" I questioned him.

"Where the hell are you!?" he questioned, his voice piercing my eyedrum.

"Mark-" he wouldn't stop yelling at me.

"Mark-"

Calum reached his hand over towards my phone and I gave it to him.

He placed the phone up to his ear as he stood up from the couch where he was sitting before.

"Listen here!" he yelled.

To be honest it kinda scared me at first.

"Don't you ever call her phone again! I've seen what you've done to her! how could you live with yourself? You disgust me" he said getting angrier by the minute.

"What are you going to do threaten me?! Because I won't hesitate to kick your ass again " he stood there for a moment listening to Mark in disgust.

"Oh don't give me that bullshet. If you really cared about her then you wouldn't be hurting her and controlling her you'd be letting her go. Now don't bother fuxking calling this phone again! She wants nothing to do with her. You're lucky I don't call the cops on your ass. Do me a favor and leave her alone. You got it?!" he yelled one last time then hung up my phone.
Walking over to me.

"Here" he handed me back my phone.
I looked up at him as he stared back down at me.

"You tell me if he bothers you again" he said softly.

I nodded then he walked out of the living room.

I wonder where he was going...

I decided to just stay on the couch and wait for him to return after all I didn't want to bother him.

He came back minutes later with a first aid kit.

"I thought we should check that out" he offered.

"Hmmm?" I questioned him.

"You eyebrow..... it looks like it's bleeding a little I was gonna check it out" he said shyly.

"Oh umm thanks" i nodded, moving over so he could sit down.

He sat down and opened the first aid kit. I watched his every move.

He took out a bottle of some kind of medicine.

"This might sting" he said looking at me then I felt his hand touch mine.

"Squeeze my hand" he said giving me a reassuring smile.

I looked down and grabbed his hand, feeling butterflies.

Damn this boy was so caring and cute.

Calum dabbed the strange liquid onto a cotton ball, slowly placing it on my face near my eyebrow.

I winced at the pain. It stung so badly.
He must of seen I was in pain becuz he quickly stopped and rubbed my thigh with his free hand.

"I'm sorry" he frowned.

"It's ok Calum" I smiled the pain away.

"One more time" he stated.

I nodded then he grabbed my hand again.

This time it hurt less and he finished it up by putting a small piece of gauze over my eyebrow.

"Done" he said as he put everything back into the first aid kit.

"Yay" I sighed in relief.

He laughed.

"Well I guess I should be going" I started to get up.

He grabbed my wrist "you don't need to leave" he stated.

"But it's your place i can't make you take me in" I told him.

"No you stay here as long as you need it's not save to go back to wherever you were staying" he begged.

I thought about it then nodded.

"So um what's your name?" he laughed.

"Omg I totally forgot to tell you" I blushed with embarrassment.

"I'm maddy" I smiled.

He looked into my eyes.

"Well Maddyyy what would you like for dinner?" He asked putting his hands in his jean pockets.

"Uhhh it's really up to you" I shrugged.
He put on a concentration face.

To be honest it was kinda cute:)

"How about some homemade pizza?" he suggested.

"Sounds great!" I said excitedly.

"Alright what kind you want? I got pepperoni or cheese. I know I know so original" he laughed to himself.

"I'll have cheese thank you Calum" I giggled.

"Alright I'll go make it" he said as he ran into the kitchen.

I couldn't help but find myself smiling.. I was finally happy again:)
