"And this is your room. Hollis said the guests could leave whenever, just by 2 tomorrow", Hope opens the door to a huge room.
It was like a hotel room. Except smaller, and nicer. There was a bed, a mini couch, and a TV. It was all gold and red furniture. It was rich looking honestly. I probably could never afford to have something that was real gold in my house.
           "Okay, thanks", I smile.
"I'll be in the pool house if you need anything", she tells me, fixing her towel around her waist.
      "Okay", I look around.
After I heard a door shut, I plopped down onto the bed. Connor found me earlier, and gave me one of his old blue shirts. It barely went down to my upper thigh.
I clap, and the lights turn off. I kind of laugh. I could do that all day.  I had this room all to myself. The feeling was great. I had a small headache from drinking a little too much. I cuddle against the blankets, forcing my eyes closed. The blankets were so soft, but the big blanket wasn't. The design hurt my face. I soon started to slowly fall asleep. My mountain of pillows and blankets were just how I liked them. A mountain.

I woke up to my throat completely dry. I look at the digital clock on the nightstand. It was 1:47 am. I came up here around 12. So I wasn't asleep for long.
I got up, licking my lips. I need a cold drink. My mouth was so dry, it was bothering me. My mouth is never this dry. I went down the hallway, hearing disturbing noises, and went down the stairs. There were four floors, total. I was on the fourth floor not long ago. But it feels like forever ago.
I walked around, mainly seeing just entertainment centers. No kitchen. I sigh, going out the screen door to the pool. I didn't have anything on, but the shirt and underwear I was wearing. My hair was down, and wavy from the chlorine.
The lights are on, and laughing to the right of me. It must be in the pool house, because from the shadows, it looked like all girls.
I sat on the hammock right where Connor sat. I kicked my feet back and forth to make it swing a little.
"What are you doing out here?" I heard a demanding growl.
I flash my head to the voice.
I shook my head, "Nothing, I just needed water, but I couldn't find any to drink."
           Courtney nods, her arms crossed.
I got up, not wanting to fight, fixing to walk past her. She pushed me back, with a very strong force. I was by the pool stairs. I went to go farther around her, but she kept poking my chest hard. I ended up, again, by the pool stairs, inches away from the pool itself.
"You stay away from my husband! He married me, not you!" She pauses and hisses.
I  nod in agreement, a little scared.
"I'll give you some water you can drink!" She pushed me into the pool the stairs right behind me.
I hit my head on the concrete at the bottom of the pool, but luckily, I missed the stairs.
I kept my eyes open, looking up. She held me down. I was too weak to even move. I breathed in water because I gasped when she pushed me in the pool.
The view was so blurry from down here. I felt my hair move around, and it was getting hard to breathe, but I stayed under. I closed my eyes, and my life practically flashed before my eyes:

"Christina! Come on! Grab your brother! Dinner is ready!" My mother yelled at me from inside.
We were in our old house in our backyard. Nick was 9 then, and I was 5. He battled our dog with a cardboard sword. My mom had light skin, brown hair, and the most prettiest brown eyes ever. She even had the most gorgeous hair anyone has ever dreamed of. I miss her, terribly.
That only lasted a second. Then we were at her funeral. Dad and Nick couldn't stop crying. I was too sad to even cry. I was only 12. The funeral was beautiful. I knew she wanted some color, so I had bought her a bright pink artificial rose and put it in her coffin, since it was open. There were so many people there. So many family members and friends. I don't remember much. That whole week is blurry.
_
Chrystal came into my mom's cousin's house. I just turned 15, and she came and told Nick and I we were moving with them.
"Where's Dad?" I asked, Chrystal ignoring me.
I knew instantly something was up, because Dad has not been himself since Mom died.
She sighs, "You and your brother are coming to live with me for the time being."
Nick was so angry, he was fixing to turn 19, and he promised he would get me out of that dump.
_
"Do you want to go grab pizza with me by any chance?" Gray asked me.
He was 15, and he was a really hot football player in high school. He looked the same, but younger, except his green eyes were an emerald. Gray didn't change much.
I blush, giggling, "Sounds good to me."
_
"Christina Noel Black, will you marry me?" Gray had proposed to me the night we met Connor.
"Yes!"
And Gray slid the ring on my finger, just like that. It was a quick moment, but he knows I don't like big surprises like this.
_
"Who is he, Chris?" Connor asked calmly, but he was furious.
  "What?" I ask, confused.
"Zain said he saw you with someone! Who was it? And why?"
What is he talking about? I would never cheat? He accused me of this so many times because of Zain.
_
"It's my boyfriend! He wasn't doing any harm!" I had screamed at Connor when he was attacking Gray.
_
"My names Connor. Connor Smith." Connor introduced himself to us, shaking my hand first.
_
"Grayson John Parker!" I hissed at Gray as he wasn't getting out of the car.
"Christina Noel Black!" He mimicked me.
That moment, I knew he was acting out.
_
"You're dating my boyfriend?!" Tess had yelled at me at the graduation after party.
"I don't know who you're taking to, but Connor is Chris's boyfriend", Hope had snapped back.
_
"Who's the father then?" Connor asked, disappointed.
"Gray's", I felt ashamed.
_
Nurses were yelling and running into Arno's room.
  "Arno!" I screamed.
"Get her out of here!" A doctor yelled.
A nurse pulled me out. I tried fighting her. Connor came behind me, wrapping his arms around mine, where I couldn't move them. I kept repeating Arno's name.
_
I scream in pain, "I quit! I quit! I want the drugs! Give me the fucking drugs!"
