A few days later, I was practically a couch potato. I haven't seen anyone since I was at Hope's. I even kept going back and forth with my feelings. Gray or Connor? Connor's married, and Gray hit you, so really, you can't have either.
It's like, do I love Connor or not? This wouldn't be bothering me if we almost kissed, or he saving me from almost drowning.
My eyes locked on a picture of Gray and Dalton on the wall by the door. I haven't told Gray about what happened at Courtney's party. Maybe I shouldn't, because it would turn into something that it shouldn't. It would cause more tension between Courtney and I.  Or maybe thats what she needs, is for her to know I have more than Hope on my side.
I throw the blanket off me and put on my sparkly Bob's. I already had on skinny jeans and a sweatshirt. So at least I looked decent, minus its extremely hot outside. I got in my car and drove to Gray's place in a rush.
I jumped out of my car and ran up the stairs. Vanessa moved literally right upstairs not long ago, apparently Gray got sick of her bringing guys home. I knock on this door viciously. I know Dalton is here, but he can just go in his room.
"Chris? What are you-" Gray couldn't even fully open the door before Camren, his younger sister squealed. She's only 19, and thank god, grew up.
"Oh my god! Its so great to see you!" She hugs me at the door and then backs up with her hands squeezing my arms.
I frown, then smile, then went to a blank face in .7 seconds, "Hi Camren.. Y-You've grown up.."
She no longer had brown hair, she had it as a dark red. It actually fit her better than the brown. Her hair was perfectly curly, and up in a ponytail, a blue plaid shirt and jeans. She defiantly changed her style.
"Camren, leave her be." Gray rolls his eyes and puts his arm around my waist pulling me in.
"So whats up?" Gray asks, he put his thumbs in his front jean pockets while he walks in the living room(that was two feet from the door).
I shook my head, "It can wait."
I turn to Camren, "So when did you come back?"
"We just got here", a male voice was heard in the hallway.
Kyler.
We didn't end on good terms last time I saw them. It was when I picked Connor over Gray, in an ice cream shop.
I nod, gulping. "O-Oh", my voice cracks.
Kyler was like the hotter version of Gray. I mean, they looked just alike, except Kyler was hotter.
"We totally have to do something together soon", Camren kept her eyes on me.
I clear my throat, looking down and nod, "Sure, when are you leaving?"
"They're actually moving here", Gray says quietly.
Yay.
"We want to be closer to our brother and our nephew since this is the first we saw him", Kyler gives me a small glare.
"I uhm.... I better go", I look away. "I'll see you later Gray."
Before I had a chance to step foot out, Gray grabs my arm, "Didn't you have something to tell me?"
I smile faintly, "Yea, but I can tell you later."
"We can go in my room and talk..C'mon."
   "U-Uh okay."
He lets go of my arm and shuts the door behind me, "We'll be right back."
We walked down the hallway together and stopped at Dalton's room.
"Dalton go in the living room with your aunt and uncle for a minute", Gray looks at him.
Dalton nods, grabbing his toy truck, running up to me, hugging my legs, then running to the living room. Gray opens his door to his room. There was only a bed, a dresser and a TV on top of it with boxes stacked all over the place.
  "So whats up?"
I sat down on the bed, looking down. He's going to be furious that I didn't tell him earlier, I don't even know if I should tell him now. I know I came all this way to tell him what Courtney did, but now I just don't know...
   "Well?"
"Uh..."
Gray crosses his arms, leaning against the wall.
God. How he was, he was tempting to kiss. I never felt the urge towards him, like to rip off all his clothes, and run my fingers all over him.
"Chris....Earth to Chris", he waved one hand in front of my face, the other still crossed.
Focus. Stop ripping off his clothes with your eyes. I stood up quicker than I intended to, and pushed myself towards him, my lips touching his. I'm mentally going to slap myself in the forehead after this. He didn't pull away, and neither did I. He put his hands on my hips, with a grip.
I grab on his dark green polo shirt on the side, standing on my tip toes a bit. I mean, I wasn't short, I was only like three inches shorter than him.I haven't made out with Gray in what felt like forever. He grabs my thighs, lifting me up, holding my butt, my legs wrapped around him.
Once he started to give me hickeys on my neck and chest, I had to stop him. There were other people in the house. My kid is here. Our son is here. We can't do this now. What the hell am I thinking?
"Gray...", I moan his name, and then put my legs down, my arms still wrapped around him.
"Yea?" His voice was quiet.
"There's something you should know."
"What is it?" He sighs, pulling away, scratching the back of his head.
I look away, walking backwards, playing with my fingers.
"Chris...Tell me", he grabs onto my hands.
I look up at him, his eyes glossy, "Courtney tried to drown me the night of the pool party.."
He licks his lips, his arms crossed, "And how come I never heard about this when it happened?"
   I look down, "I-I.. I don't know."
"What did she do?" His voice was no longer quiet, it was stern and loud.
"She practically drowned me and walked away."
"And Connor never told me this because?! Or you?! What the actual fuck is wrong with you guys?! I should have known! I would have been there! Did he even take you to a fucking hospital?!" He shouted.
I shook my head, a small tear running down my cheek, "No..."
He opens his door and starts mumbling things while stomping out.
  "Gray! Where are you going?"
"You know where I'm going."
I follow him down the hall.
"What's going on?" Kyler asks when we get to the living room.
"Camren, Kyler, you keep her here", he growls, not even looking at me.
"Why?" Camren raises her eyebrows.
"Can I come?" Dalton looks innocently at Gray.
"Dalton, you're staying here with them",
Gray grabs his leather jacket from the closet, walked out and slammed the door shut.
I grab my keys and wristlet from the kitchen counter to go after him.
Kyler stood in front of the door, "What do you think you're doing?"
I hiss, "Going after him. Now move."
I push him out of the way with all my rage force.
"Dalton, behave." I left and ran down the stairs to my car.
He has Hope's number, and thats how he'll go after Connor.
I step on it and call Hope, "Hey, where is Connor?"
She chuckles, "Why? Is something going on between you two?"
  "No, where is he?"
She sighs, I knew she was rolling her eyes, "Gray called a second ago and just asked me. He went back to Hollis's to pack his thi-" I cut her off before she could finish, "Okay, thanks." And hung up.
I drove there as fast as I could. I felt weird because I was going somewhere nice when I was wearing a sweatshirt and jeans or no makeup, but I didn't plan to go anywhere today. That doesn't matter at the moment. Gray is going to kick Connor's ass, who cares how you look?
As I pull up, I saw a maid letting Gray inside.
"Shit", I whisper hitting the steering wheel.
I park behind Gray and jump out running to the door knocking constantly.
"Yes?" The same maid opens the door.
I didn't have time to look at her, "Where is the man that just came in?"
"Oh! He's out by the pool house. He said he was a friend of Mr.Smith's."
I push my way through her, "Kay, thanks!"
I run to the back doors and slid open the glass doors. I could hear shouting before I even opened the doors.
"Gray!" I shout, running around the pool area and pool house.
"GRAY!" I shout at the top of my lungs.
I run towards the back, where the wedding reception was. It looked so different than how it actually was. I couldn't hear anything. Nothing but birds chirping. I went to turn around to go back towards the house, but someone pulled my hair with a hiss.
  "Ow!"
They let go and I turn towards them.
"Tess?" She wore jean shorts and a white loose shirt that the sleeves had a hole in the middle of it. She still had dirty blonde hair, which I don't think she'll ever dye it.
Tess stood right next to Courtney.
I laugh, holding my stomach, "Are you guys on the same side now?"
"Well, we both got Connor taken away from us at one point. He left her for you, and now he's leaving me for you", Courtney crosses her arms.
I gulp. I felt like something just hit me in the heart, really hard. I noticed that Courtney was no longer huge either. Not even growing.
"That's not my fault", I mumble.
"Oh, but it is", Tess rolls her eyes.
"No, it isn't, but whatever", I lean on my hand that was on my hip.
"Yes. Yes it is, Chris, it is your fault", Courtney pushes my shoulder.
"Look, I didn't come here to fight you two."
"Then who did you come to fight with?" Tess asks with a glare.
"Its not really any of your business, is it now?"
"You are involved with my husband. So it is my business", Courtney argued back.
She wore a purple dress that was knee length. It was Plenty by Tracy Reese Allison Falling Floral. I saw it in store once.
