I was sitting on my bed with my text book open and my headphones in, when I saw Juwany in my doorway.
I pulled one headphone out.
"Hi babe. I'm sorry, can I call you in a bit? I have a lot of homework."
He frowned and sat down on my bed.
"I have to go, but I had to come talk to you first."
I paused my music and took out my other headphone. "Ok, what's up?"
"I have bad news."
Oh great.
I sighed. "What is it?"
"The guys and I have a meeting at the YouNow headquarters on Friday and we won't be back till Sunday night. So I gotta take a raincheck on our sleepover."
"That's ok. Another time then."
"You're not mad at me?"
"Not at all. You do what you have to do Juwany, I understand."
He smiled from ear to ear. "You're the best! Bye baby!"
He kissed my cheek and disappeared out the door. Well today is only Tuesday, at least I have two more days before he leaves. Now I don't have to worry about having my first boyfriend sleepover.
