You know you're in love when you don't want to fall asleep because reality is better than your dreams.

"Princess do you have everything ready for your move?" A maid asked Marcella, who stood looking at a window at the people rushing to get to the caves. "Yes. Louis has everything packed as well." She said and turned to leave the small shack. Waiting close by, Niklaus watched as Marcella made her way over to him. Niklaus gave her a grin and quickly took a hold of her hand. "This is my first full moon and I don't know how to feel about it." Marcella said with a light laugh.

"Don't worry, Marcella. I'll be with you the whole time." Niklaus answered. Marcella let a small smile grace upon her lips as she looked up at Niklaus. Walking around the village, Niklaus noticed the stares Marcella got from the natives. He has noticed them many times but today was different. They stared for much longer and had an unknown masked emotion hiding behind their eyes. Niklaus thought nothing of it, seeing as Marcella herself was oblivious to the glances and stares.

Marcella and Niklaus continued to walk till they made it to the falls. Marcella sat down at the edge of the flowing stream and watched the river flow. "It's getting late we must be going." Niklaus said. "I thought you were to show me how the wolves shifted?" Marcella lightly joked. Niklaus smiled and tilted his head at her. "Well I said with Henrik. I must go and get him first." Niklaus said. Marcella sighed but got with him. "Very well. Let's go." Marcella took his hand and they both began to walk back to the village.

"How is it that you know where to go Niklaus?" Marcella giggled, causing Henrik to laugh as well. "He is one to lead. He doesn't like to be told what to do." Henrik laughed under the moon light. After having to escape the wrath of one of Marcella's maids, they made it out to the woods to see the transformations. "In the past couple of months I've seem to have learn that about your brother." Marcella and Henrik both begin to laugh, causing Niklaus to smile and shake his head.

"Look." Niklaus said and stopped at the edge of a clearing. People were gathered and all stared up at the moon. Marcella and Henrik both stood next to Niklaus and watched the people closely. Something began to change in their bodies and a chill ran down Marcella's spine. Something felt wrong. Something bad was bound to happen.

"We must go." Marcella whispered and tugged on Niklaus's arm. "But they won't do anything." Henrik stated and began to walk forward. "Henrik! Don't go any closer!" At the sound of Marcella's voice, all of the wolves snapped their heads in her direction. The wolves stalked towards them, hairs sticking up and they were growling menacingly. "Niklaus grab Henrik." Marcella told him.

The movement snapped in the wolves minds and made them lunge forward to grab both Klaus and Henrik. "No!" Marcella shouted and pushed the wolf that seemed closer to Niklaus and Henrik. The boys ran out of the clearing having the rest of the wolves follow after. The one Marcella had pushed rolled around on the ground before standing up to look at her. It's eyes burned bright, staring at Marcella with the sense that it knew her.

Marcella scooted back on the ground before carefully getting up off the ground and running off in the direction Niklaus and Henrik ran. The wolf stayed behind, watching as she ran away. She could hear the wolves growl and snarl but she never got to it. An immediate scream came from within the trees causing Marcella to stop in her tracks. A howl was heard from behind her, where she ran from the clearing.

Her breathing was all that she heard. Until small noises were heard from around her. Wolves came out of the trees and slowly crept around Marcella in a circle. The bigger wolf she had tackled came out from behind her and took a seat. All the wolves laid down on their stomachs to show submission to her. Before she took off she stared into the eyes of the bigger male. It too lowered itself and looked up at her. She look at it confused, than quickly took of with one last glance at the rest of the wolves.

Marcella stopped running when she found Niklaus on the floor cradling something in his lap. Walking forward, she noticed it was Henrik, cover in blood due to the huge gashes across his body. "Niklaus." Marcella cried out. Niklaus's head shot up at the sound of her voice. "Marcella." He whispered in tears. Marcella dropped to her knees and hugged Niklaus tightly and cried silently. "I thought I lost you too." He cried and let one arm encircle her waist. "Don't you ever do that again. Do you understand me, Marcella?" Niklaus said sternly, making Marcella nod her head vigorously.

"Niklaus hurry. We must take him to the village. He is still breathing." Marcella stood up and looked up at the sky. The sun was peeking through the trees and she turned back to Niklaus to rush towards the village.

Upon arriving Niklaus called out for Esther. "Mother!" He shouted catching everyone's attention. "Marcella." Louis shouted and ran up to her. "I'm sorry. We didn't mean for anyone to get hurt." She cried into his shoulder. "Marcella, are you OK?" Louis asked and pulled her an arms length distance. "Yes, Brother. I am fine. But Henrik is not." She sobbed. Rebekah looked up at her with sorrow than turned back to her younger brother. Marcella shook her head and began to walk around as her anxiety went up.

It was your fault.

Again.

You let this happen.

Just like you let Arthur die.

"Stop!" Marcella screamed and fell to the floor. Everyone's eyes turned from the boy lying dead on the floor to the girl going crazy inside. Marcella looked up at Louis as she tried to even out her breathing. She quickly stood up and ran towards the woods. Everyone was left stunned, watching as she ran. "Marcella!" Niklaus shouted and stood to chase after her. "Niklaus, let her. She needs time." Louis shouted and stopped him from running. He shook his head and ran after her. He knew she felt like it was her fault.

He found her sitting by the stream that flowed from the falls. Walking carefully up to her, he kneeled down. "Don't leave." Marcella cried. "I wouldn't dream of it." Niklaus whispered and pulled Marcella in for a hug, to which she gladly fell deeply into. As Niklaus let her lay her head in his shoulder, Marcella looked past them and to the tree that stood straight ahead. There on the tree was a mark that Marcella couldn't explain. But none the less she knew she did it.

There on the tree were three claw marks.
