~Dahvie's Pov~
I couldn't help but feel bad for Jayy and Andy right now. Jayy literally gave his heart to Andy and Andy just tore it apart. Then again, I can kinda see where he's coming from since he planned on proposing but Jayy's accusations got in the way of it. I just wished that they'd stop fighting all of the time. They seem all good and loving to each other for a week or two and then BAM! They're in another argument, which Jayy usually ends up fixing.
Maybe that's the issue. Maybe the fact that whenever they get in a fight, Andy gives up on it all is the reason there's tension between them. Even in the little fights between them, Jayy's the one to fix it. I mean sure, I get that Andy's new to the whole "dating a guy" thing but he should still treat it as if Jayy were a girl. He should grow some balls and try fixing it instead of Jayy fixing it all of the time. Luckily, I had Andy's number in case I needed anything. I decided to text him.
Hey dude. ~ Dahvie.
Uhh...hi? Who's this? ~Andy.
The fucking Easter bunny.~ D.
Really, Dahvie? Really?~A.
Maybe. Anyway, can we talk?~D.
Umm..I guess. About?~A.
You and Jayy...~D.
Look, if you're going to try to get me to get back with him then you're out of luck.~A.
Why are you giving up so easily. You were prepared to marry him a week ago. What changed?~D.
What changed? He did.~A.
How did he change?~D.
Idk, he just did. He used to be understanding and trust me but now he questions everything I do.~A.
He only questions you when he wakes up and you're not there or if you're going somewhere.~D.
Yeah and it's kind of annoying.~A.
Well, the last time he woke up to find you not there, you came home with your ex and ignored him for a week straight.~D.
Yeah and then he ignored me for two then cheated on me.~A.
At least he had the balls to tell you about it instead of you finding out from someone else.~D.
That doesn't mean anything.~A.
Does anything between you two mean anything to you anymore?~D.
He didn't reply back right away. Wow, I can't believe he'd treat my blood brother like this.
They do.~A.
He replied after ten minutes. I immediately texted back.
Oh really? Because leaving him here crying his broken heart out while you need to "think things through" really shows that.~D.
Just because he's had his heart broken doesn't mean its the end of the world.~A.
Well, instead of being the dick that you're acting like right now, you should grow a few and fix it with him since you and I both know that you can't stand it when he's hurt.~D.
And how am I supposed to do that?~A.
You're the boyfriend, you tell me.~D.
"D-dahvie?" A small voice called from my right.
I was so absorbed in the messages that I hadn't noticed that Jayy had finally come out from the bathroom and was now sitting next to me. I looked at him. His face was beat red as well as his eyes and there were tear stains all over his face. He was staring at the phone in my hands as tears started to form in his eyes once again. I tossed the phone down next to me on the couch and gripped him tightly in a hug. His entire body shook as another wave of tears poured out of his eyes.
I have never seen him like this before. Not even when Daniel cheated on him. I mean sure, he was torn up about the situation and locked himself in his room for two weeks. But he never reacted like this. He must've really loved Andy if he's this torn up about it. I rubbed his back comfortingly as he cried. The rest of the band all gathered in various places, trying to make sure he was okay.
After a couple minutes, he pulled away and sniffled. He wiped his eyes and looked at me. I gave a reassuring smile and placed a hand on his shoulder. Just then, there was a knock on the door. Adrian, my body guard, walked through everyone and answered the door. There were brief mutterings before Adrian came back in. He looked at Jayy and nodded to the door.
"It's for you." He said before walking back to the bunk alley.
~Jayy's Pov~
After a couple minutes, I pulled away, sniffling. I wiped my eyes and looked at Dahvie. He gave me a smile and placed his hand on my shoulder. Just then, there was a knock on the door. Adrian over and answered the door. There were some whispers being exchanged before Adrian came back in. He looked at me and nodded to the door.
"It's for you." He said before walking off.
I wiped my face again and stood, making my way to the door. I opened it and there stood Andy. I was about ready to just close the door on him but he held his arms up. Oh sure. Break my heart then come back and expect to fix it? Really? I sighed and walked off the bus, closing the door behind me. I could tell that everyone was watching us. I crossed my arms over my chest and let out a shaky breath.
"Look, I know you probably don't want to talk but hear me out?" He pleaded.
"Why should I? You didn't listen when I tried to fix things so why should I listen to you?" I asked bitterly.
"Just give me a chance."
"I'm done giving you chances, Andy." I said.
"Just give me one more chance. I promise I will fix everything." He pleaded.
I deliberated for a moment, staring at him. I finally sighed and nodded. He smiled and instantly gripped me tightly in a hug. I just stood there, not hugging back but not exactly pushing him away either. I just stood there, letting him hug me. After a minute, he let go and reached up to stroke my cheek. I stared into his eyes as he moved closer. I closed the gap and our lips collided. He smiled into the kiss and cupped my cheek. I smiled back and wrapped my arms around his neck, pulling him closer. After a couple minutes, we pulled away, breathless.
"I know it might've not seemed like it lately but I love you, Jayy. More than anything." He said, resting his forehead against mine.
I couldn't help but smile.
"I love you too." I said, kissing him again.
