The room to your bedroom slams open and you sit up in bed, gasping in shock. Prince Thranduil enters, grinning. He rushes over to the windows and rips open the shades.
You gasp, squeezing your eyes shut. "Thanduil." You moan.
"Y/N, Y/N, Y/N, get up!" He exclaims excitedly, opening up your drawers and pulling out some clothes for you.
"What time is it?" You yawn.
"A little past sunrise." He answers. You blink at him and see the excitement on his face. You can't help but smile, his happiness contagious.
"What are you doing?" You ask as he tosses the clothes to you.
"Y/N, we're going out on a romantic outing." Thranduil states.
You immediately perk up. "Really?" You ask.
Your boyfriend nods at you, beaming. "My father gave me the day off to do whatever so I decided to plan a day with you." He answers.
You squeal and jump out of bed. You run for Thranduil and fly into his arms. "I'm so excited!" You exclaim.
Thranduil kisses you softly, smiling. "Now go get dressed and meet me outside." He says. You smile and nod.

You meet Thranduil outside. He holds out his hand. "Are you ready?" He asks.
You take his hand, smiling. "Very ready." You answer. "I haven't spent a whole day with you in such a long time." You add.
Thranduil winces as you both start walking. "I'm sorry, Y/N. That's my fault. I've been so busy with training to become king..." He sighs and shakes his head.
"Hey, it's all right, Thranduil. I understand. Knowing how to be king is very important." You say, smiling. He looks at you.
"Not as important as spending time with the woman I love." He replies.
You look away, blushing. Thranduil wraps his arm around your shoulders and pulls you to his side, before giving you a kiss on your head. You look up at him, wrapping your arm around his waist.
"I love you, Thranduil." You say softly. He looks down at you and the love that you see in his eyes sends your heart tripling beats.
He smiles at you. "I love you, too." He whispers. Thranduil and you both stop walking. Thranduil wraps his other arm around your hips and leans his head down to kiss you passionately.

Thranduil set up the most wonderful day. For breakfast, he set up a picnic by the Forest River. Then you both practiced archery and sword fighting. Afterwards, you both went riding through Mirkwood forest. Now Thranduil and you have both finished off dinner in a secluded area in the Woodland Realm.
You both recline near the fireplace, cuddled in each other's arms.
"Thranduil..." You murmur.
"Yes, Y/N?" He asks, his head on yours.
"I don't want this day to end." You reply.
He heaves a sigh and pulls you closer, if that's even possible. "Me neither." He replies.
"Promise me you'll never forget this day, Thranduil." You whisper.
"Of course I won't forget it, Y/N. This was one of the best days of my life." He says. You look up at him and see the fire dancing off his blue eyes.
You smile, thinking him so handsome. "Really?" You ask.
"Really." He answers softly, cupping your face.
"You know, you're really handsome." You state bluntly. Thranduil laughs and kisses you soundly on the mouth.
"Oh, I love you so much, Y/N." He chuckles.
You grin. "I love you, too." You return. He pulls you close again and you lay your head on his shoulder, smiling, your eyes closed.
