Chapter 26

"I'm so mad at him, I told you both to stop fighting and he didn't" Marinette ranted. I let out a small giggle "you're cute when you're mad" I commented.

I carefully put my shirt back on and we headed downstairs "Marinette, oh, I didn't realise your boyfriend was here" Sabine laughed. Mari blushed "mama" she paused "what was it you wanted?"

"I just wanted to tell you that there is a boy waiting downstairs in the bakery, he asked for you" A BOY?! Who was this boy and why did he want my princess? I followed Mari down to the bakery to see it was Nathanael.

"Hey Marinette, I wanted to know if you would like to accompany me to the park, there's a big art fair which includes fashion designing and... I thought that... You would like... To go" he smiled then finally noticed I was standing there "oh, sorry of course you don't want to go with me"

"No, of course I would, Adrien has a photoshoot he can't forget" Of course I did and, of course I, hadn't forgotten it... "Yeah, photoshoot" I smiled "thank you for reminding me" I added as a whisper. "But you should go" as soon as I said it I regretted it.

I didn't want her to go. As soon as those words left my mouth I started thinking, What if she goes with him and falls for him? What if he steals her away from me? What if she realises that Nathanael is crazy talented at drawing and I can't draw to save my life? Before I knew it they were gone.

I ran to my photoshoot and was early so we started and finished early. I transformed into Chat Noir and went looking for Marinette. I found her looking at some fabrics and couldn't help but notice she was alone "hey princess, where's your little friend cat to? He hasn't forcatten you has he?" I asked.

"I left him at the stand with the paints to come look at the fabrics" she smiled "anyway what are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be at a photoshoot?"

"Finished early so I came to make sure you're okay" I was very well aware of the people who were now staring including Nathanael "Are they making you uncomfortable?" I asked.

"No, besides its not everyday the great Chat Noir starts talking to regular people" she joked. That was when I had noticed that she had drawn me "I'm using you as inspiration for some new pyjamas"
