Chapter 29

Nisha POV:

The next morning I woke up with my shoulder paining from sitting in the chair all night.I noticed Seb and Mia cuddled together as a small pile in the end of the bed.I sat down on the bed and carded my fingers through Mia's hair.She stirred in her sleep and buried herself more and more into Seb who was holding her tightly as if she was his everything.It was cute but that doesn't mean I am going to forgive him for what he told yesterday,it hurt me bad.My life is a bittersweet symphony. When Seb wasn't there with me I was worried about him being not there with me,but when he is here now I feel that he has left me all alone not understanding anything from my point of view. OK,thinking too much hurts my head.I looked at the clock and it was half past nine.I decided to get ready for work but I remembered what Harry told yesterday.Work can wait for a day.I am going to spend my whole day with Mia and maybe with the diva sleeping next to her.I heard sheets shifting and saw Mia who sat up and rubbed her eyes.She squealed loudly when she saw me.

"Mummy" she ran to me and hugged me hard.I placed a kiss on her forehead and ruffled her curls.

"Had a good time with Harry princess?" I asked her and she was jumping up and down.That man, is a charmer.Mia has already taken a special liking on him.She is usually a shy girl but in the case of Harry that was complete opposite.

"Mummy no going work?" She asked yawning a bit.

"Nope.I wanted to stay back home.Just you me and daddy.No one else" I held my pinky out and she hugged me.

"Love you ma" she kissed my cheek and started jumping on the bed waking up the monster snoring on the other side of the bed.

"Dadeeeeeeeeeee" she jumped on him for which he huffed."Daddy wake up,its time.Mia,mummy,daddy time"she rolled him from side to side and I stifled myself from laughing.

"Okay,okay I'm up.So what shall we do this little bug huh?" He tickled her pulling her on bed and Mia squealed out laughing.

"Daddy....no...bad daddy" she squealed and ran to me.She hid behind my legs and Seb came running to her.

"Mum.....tell daddy noo..." She caught my pants and started pulling them.I laughed and lifted her raising up in the air.

"I don't know" I lifted her more up into the air and she squealed louder.I put her down and she ran to brush her teeth.Now it was only me and Seb in the room fully filled with awkwardness.

"Look,I'm not going to work today instead I've decided to spend my time with Mia whether you like it or not.So be a good boy,put a smile on your face and try acting like you are good to me.I don't want Mia thinking that we don't like each other,got it?" I pulled his lips stretching it into a smile which was more like a scowl.

"Will you?" I asked him once more and he nodded his head stifly.I left the room but I heard a voice.

"Oui"I turned back to look at him.I turned and raised an eyebrow.

" What will you give me if I acted like that??"

"Jerk" I threw a pillow at him but he ducked it and made a funny face.I felt a bit better that earlier but he was a jerk anyways.

After turning in the TV Mia flopped on my lap and I cuddled her kissing her on the cheek.She rubbed her hands with her palm and muttered an "ew..."I gave her a shocked expression.

" Mia big girl"she crossed her arms and pouted."What?? How many years are you biggie?"I asked. She showed 5 fingers and giggled.That's when Seb came out stretching his hands and yawning.

"So what's our plan today?" He asked and took the milk from the fridge.I ran up to him and snatched the carton from his hand.

"You aren't drinking this without brushing your teeth." I put the carton back to the fridge and shut the door.
