I sat on the couch silently as Tear stared at me, obviously curious as to know why I asked. I smiled at him as I got up off of the couch and walked down to my room quickly, locking my door behind me. I walked over to sit on my bed and stared out the window, life was boring in the day time and it was only 1:15PM. I groaned as I closed my eyes, rolled back and sprawled out across my bed thinking of what I could do. I opened my eyes as my bed started vibrating and reached into my pocket for my cell phone.
'R u coming to the shoot today? U r teh star.' Issi texted me. I rolled my eyes.
'I will once you learn how to spell correctly.' I replied but got up anyways, the events with Hayden had made me completely forget about filming the movie. I picked up a random bag that was on my floor and took it with me as I ran out of my house towards Firra Forest, the safer of the two forests which surrounded our town.
"Excuse me, Ma'am!" Someone called. I turned around to see a girl with blue hair similar to Kyoni's running towards me waving. She was a little taller than me with an amazing body that looked like she should be a model. She had black snakebites that circled around her soft pink lips and just enough black makeup around her eyes to make them look perfect, she was prettier than Issi. She leaned over and tried to catch her breath. I leaned down a bit wondering if she was okay and my eyes were drawn to a necklace, it was a thin necklace with a sparrow charm hanging off the end, it was one of the prettiest things I had ever seen. She finally stood up and stared at me smiling.
"You're Amaranth right?" She asked with a large grin. I nodded my head slightly, weary of this strange girl. She held out her hand and I took it in mine.
"My name is Karia Carns, pronounced Kah-Ree-Uh." She said.
"How did you know my name?" I asked curiously, She glanced away before looking back at me with another smile.
"I'm Issi's cousin from her fathers side. She talked about you to her family a lot and it spread around to me, so I decided since I was going to come see her I should meet you too." She said happily. I gave her a small 'ah' as it made sense in my head, no wonder she was so pretty, she was related to Issi. I looked towards the forest to where they were filming.
"Well, I'm going to meet her right now, do you want to come?" I asked. She tilted her head slightly before shaking her head.
"I'll meet up with her later, I just saw you running and wanted to say hi." She said. I nodded at her as she turned and casually strolled away. I stared after her but remembered I was supposed to be somewhere and headed for the shoot. Upon arrival my clothes were thrown to me and I put them on as quick as I could before walking onto the set. I looked at Blake expectantly wondering what scene we were filming.
"Okay everyone! In this scene Amy is wandering through the forest when she meets Ryan, a simple traveler with ideas of going on a quest running through his head." He said.
