Samanthas' POV

Thinking about Tom and not paying attention to the TV even though my favourite series was showing on the TV- "Vampire Diaries"..I fell asleep

I woke up and saw a message on my phone..It was from Tom

"I cancelled the lunch but we do have a dinner with my friends..get ready and I will pick you up at 7..wear something nice..!!"

A smile appeared on my face and I stood up to take a shower..I changed and was ready to go with Tom

Toms' POV

I knocked her door and she opened after some time..

My eyes shot open when I saw her standing infront of me..I know she couldn't be mine but I can still admire a lady's beauty..afterall I am a man

She was wearing a black dress which was till her knees from front and the back was long and flowing..there was a red bow which complimented her. Her red heels made her look taller and sexier..though she was already very tall being a woman. Her lips were pink glossed and that watered my mouth and the best part was her eyes..simple yet beautiful..how only a eyeliner can make your eyes beautiful..and I loved her eyes..!!

"Tom..Tom..!!" She said and I came out of my dream world

"You worked on your looks..!!" I said a bit too rudely and she felt uncomfortable..I could see she didn't like me being rude. But I have to be rude to maintain a distance from her

"Lets go..!!" She said and closed the door behind her

After an hour...at the restaurant

Samanthas' POV
We reached the restaurant..It was a huge one with bright lightning..the place had amazing interiors and on the other side there was a bar.

Tom greeted to his friends..there were eight of them and I found they were very close to each other..I felt like an outsider

"So..this chick trying on you Tom.." one of the girl said with a jealous face

"No..She is my assistant.." Tom replied

"Oh just shut up Pamela..welcome the guest.." a man came and kissed my hand

"Lee..!! What are you doing..?" Tom said to Lee

"Just making her confortable.." Lee replied

"Samantha..these are my friends..you know Lee and Pamela. They self introduced themselves and this is Kiara and Tia we were in college together and this is Shane and Carlos..!!" Tom pointed to everyone

"I am Samantha..Toms' assistant..nice to meet you guys.." I said

I sat between Lee and Pamela and Tom was sitting infront of me on the opposite side..

Tom ordered wine for all of us and after that they all were busy in themselves..talking to each othet..forgetting me..
But Lee was just acting very attentive towards me..touching me thighs and holding my hand whenever he had a chance

TOMS' POV
I could see Lee getting intimate to Samantha and she didn't like it. She was just trying to stay away. I was seeing her getting uncomfortable from the corner of my eyes beacause If I would see her directly..my friends won't hesitate in making a scene.

Carlos cracked a joke and everybodys' gaze turned to Samantha who was laughing her heart out and just then Pamela threw her wine on her dress and I was just watching it

"What are you doing..?" Samantha stood up and screamed.

"How dare you laugh at his joke..you wimp..you are not a part of our clan..!!" Pamela darted back

Samantha shot me a look and she had teary eyes..she started crying and left the restaurant.
I guess she wanted me to fight back for her but she need to learn about this world..or else it would eat her alive.

But still I had to show Pamela her place

"You called her a wimp..!! And who are you..a jealous bitch..who steal someone elses boyfriends..look at her..you are a fake beauty..and Samantha..she is a gifted beauty and I know you are jealous of her looks and Lee being attentive towards her.." i darted and threw my wine on her face and left to console Samantha..

I searched everywhere..but there was no sign of her.."maybe she went to the hotel.."
I called my driver and he drove me back to the hotel.
I went to Samanthas' room and saw her sitting at the back side of the bed..she was crying...the place was mess..the vase was broken and the glass pieces shattered all over the place.

I went closer and what I saw just left me amazed
