Samanthas' POV

"You loved me right..?" I asked him in a low voice.

"Yeah but that doesn't mean that I will hear anything against Rose." He shouted

"Tom..! I said what I know..!" I told him in a low husky tone

"How do you think you can use that brain of yours..there is nothing in there..who asked you to be a detective." He shouted

"What are you talking about..?" I asked him.

"Oh just shut up Samantha..!!" Tom yelled holding his head.

"I thought you loved me..!" I said tears rolling down my cheeks.

"Sweetheart you think a lot..I asked you to stop thinking..you know what it was all my mistake that I started feeling for you..you don't even match my class..and I was dreaming that we could marry someday..but today you made me realize that youare just a money minded bitch.." He yelled

"Who askdd you to love me Tom..? I DID NOT..!" I yelled stressing each and every word.

He had lost all my trust. I never loved him..he loved me and then I fell in Love..with a wrong guy and a wrong soul. It was all my freaking mistake.

"Oh just shut up you bitch..!" Tom yelled and now all the people from inside the police station came out. Tears were already falling doen my eyes and rolling down my cheek.

"Tom..!" I exclaimed and pulled the pendant he gave out of my neck and caught his hand..I unclenched his fist and put the pendent in his hands.

"I don't deserve this..not even this job or your apartment not even the huge amount of money you give as my salary..! I resign..I resign from your company..as your friend and I resign from your life as well." I shouted and turned around to leave.

Tom's POV

"Oh God..! What did I just do..?" I asked myself when she gave me the pendent I gave her and spoke those words..that she is resigning from my life. And what if she was saying the truth. Before I could even stop her she turned around to leave me there. All ALONE..!

Was I never going to get her back..?

She left me alone..I was standing there seeing her go and I could not even stop her. I loved her and I said that she was after my money. No No...! She was not after my money. I was a fool..

It started raining not only from the sky but from my eyes too. I asked Ivory to go with her because she was weak..she had not fully recovered from the accident and I could see that she had her face pale.

I stood there in the rain for next 2 hours and so when I finally got back home. I was sneezing and my nose was not letting me breathe. My head felt heavy. Though my main motive now was to find the truth in ehat Samantha said and prove her wrong because I knew Rose would never do something like that and on the other hand I needed sleep. I took a hot water shower and plopped some advil and went to sleep.

Three hours later
I woke up but my sneezes were still there. Though the headache was gone but a sour throat was still there.

I picked up my phone to call Samantha but I saw about 10 missed calls and 5 voice mails and around a 20 messeges from Ivory and Richard

"Is Samantha okay..?" I asked myself

I called Ivory and found out that she is not able to find Samantha..It was 8 in the evening. Where was Samantha..? Ivory and Richard were at her house. There was no luggage and..she had taken it all with her. Oh my God..!! Is she even okay..?

After I hung up and told them that I will be there..I heard the door being knocked.

Was it Samantha..? Yes she is..!

I stood up..I was the most happiest person on earth at present. I unlocked the door.

"Samantha..you almost scared me..! " I exclaimed before seeing the person and when I saw the person..it was Mark.

"Mark..?" I exclaimed

"Sorry to disturb Mr. Adams..Miss Samantah came and handed me this." He said and handed the parcel to me.
And I snatched it and shut the door.

I opened the envelope and found money in it. It was maybe a 100,000 dollars. Maybe it was the salary of 2 months I had been giving to Samantha. She had been working with me for three months. A paper was also there.. I opened to read it..It was a typed resignation letter.

I lost her..I know she was stubborn and getting her back is not going to be easy. I called my men to find her in all the nearby bus stations and air-ports..everywhere..!

I wore a v-neck tee and shorts and drove to Samanthas' apartment. Ivory and Richard were sitting there.

"Did you find her..?" I asked them getting in..both of them shooked there head.

"I don't think she is gonna come back..She is a stubborn lady and you broke her self-respect.." Ivory taunted and gave me a weird look.

"Ivory I know whatever I did was wrong.." I said

"Tom..!" She said and stood up.

"If you would have known that whatever you said was wrong..yoh should have thought beforw you said so.." Ivory said and left the apartment. She was angry too..I was crazy..!
