Chapter 22

Samanthas' POV

"Football match..?" He asked

"Yeah sure..!" I replied

"Okay..!! My driver will pick you up..!" He replied excited and hung up

It was a sunday morning and I was sleeping late. I woke up when I recieved a call from Tom..he was talking about some football game and my mind wandered over one thing...'do Americans play football..?'
But I agreed to go.

I walked lazily to the bathroom and took a shower. After 15 minutes of the cool water that was poured over my body I was finally infront of the mirror

"So Miss Samantha Brians...What do we wear today..?" I asked myself

I searched my wardrobe and finally decided to wear a turquoise color shirt and light blue jeans shorts. I tied my hair in a pony and allowed some hair to fall on my face. I applied gloss and mascara and finally was ready. Just some footwear and I was ready to go.

I heard the doorbell and raced to open the door and saw Ivory infront of me.

"What are you doing here..?" I asked her

"Would you let me in..?" She asked disgusted and I gave her space to go on.

"Now will you tell me..?" I asked her

"Tom invited me for some football game..!" She said and picked up an apple from the kitchen counter and took a bite

"Okay great..!" I said

"You look great Sam..!" She said smiling

"Uhh..!! Thanks..you too.." i said

"And how was yesterday..?" She asked me

"You were with me right..?" I told her

"No silly..!! How was your date..?" She asked

"It was good..!" I said smiling

"Did you guys make out..?" She asked completely interested and I frowned at her

"I think we should get going..!" I told her

"No..but tell me..!! Did you go to a hotel or some place..? " She asked me

"Oh Stop it dolly daydream..!!" I said frustrated

"So you were dreaming about making out with him..woohoo..!! Samantha is in love..Samantha is in love.." she sung her song and hopped around me in circles.

"Stop it Ivory..!" I shouted

"Did he kiss you..?" She asked me and my eyes shot up at her and she was staring at me demanding an answer but I looked the other way

"Are you blushing Samantha..? Oh my god...my friend is blushing..!! So you did kiss..!" She said excited

And I was still blushing. I could imagine how my cheeks should have been looking. I looked at her and nodded

"How was it..?" She asked me in her high pitched voice

"It was amazing..!" I told her and she hugged me tight..I hugged her back. This hug was much needed.

We talked for about 15 minutes nd then finally the car came. We sat in Toms' luxurious car and drove away for the football game.

Toms' POV

I had been waiting for Samantha for past 1 hour. Though there was still time for my match to begin but still I wanted her to see me. Yes..!! I play football and I am the captain of my team. This game is played against my best friends' team...Richard. We both had been nerds all oir lige but the only thing we liked other than books was football and even though we can't play international matches but we made our own teams and picked out those best men from our offices for the team whild other office members are here to watch the match.
