Chapter 35

Toms' POV

For how long could a man stay away from work. From past three days I have not been to office and today I had to.

When Ivory came to the hospital and promised that she won't leave Samantha alone for even a minute..I decided to go and check on my company.

I drove to my mansion and took a shower. Changed into fresh pair of tuxedo and left for Adams and Co. The driver dropped me at the front enterance and then I walked in through the automatic doors. I greeted the receptionist and went straight to my office.

As soon as I sat on my leather seat..I opened my laptop and checked the presentations mailed to me by my staff. I signed the files that were meant to be and cheques for the financial department. I handed the paperwork to the staff members and distributed all the assignments to the different departments.

After 3 hours in which I did all this..I almost forgot to check on Samantha.
I called her but she didn't pick up. I called her again but it went to the voicemail. I dropped a voicemail too but she never replied. I dropped about some 5 messages but again I didn't get a reply. I called Ivory too..but no reply again. Damn..!! Where the hell these girls are..? Did someone kidnapped them..? Did anything happened to them..?

Oh God..!! My head is going to burst of I don't go and check.

I picked up my phone and started running out of the room..thats when I saw Brett..

"Sir..I want you to sign.." he was about to complete his sentence.

"Fuck it Brett..!!" I shouted running to the lift. I got in and then to the main enterence. I got in my car and asked the driver to take me to the hospital.

In about 15 minutes..I was outside the hospital. I waited for the lift. DING..! The lift came and I stepped in.

Ding..! The lift stopped and I raced to the corridor to check on Samantha. She was sitting there..both Ivory and Samantha and they were laughing at something. And then my gaze fell on Rupert..Wait..! What.? Rupert Brown..? What was he doing here..?

I unlocked the door

"Tom..what are you doing here..?" Samanatha asked completely astonished as if she has seen a ghost.

"Someone was not expecting me..!" I said completely fuming with jealousy

Thats when Rupert stood up and gave me his hand to shake. After a 10 second thought I took it.

"What are you doing here..?" I asked Rupert

"Well..! Just came to check on this beautiful girl..!!" He said looking towards Samanatha and she blushed.

Wait..! Why was she blushing..only I had the right to make her blush.

"Why were you both not picking up your phones..?" I asked Samantha and Ivory.

"You called..?" Samanatha asked

"Well..! This guy over there..we were engrossed in talking to him.." Ivory said pointing to Rupert.

"And Tom..! They told me about how you got yourself loose on Ivory's boyfriends front door..!" Rupert said smiling and thats when those girls began laughing.

I was furious..I don't know why was everyone laughing..but not me. I excused myself out of the room and called Richard.

"Hey you dumbass..!! Why did you pick up so late..?" I yelled at Richard

"Whats up bro..why so abusive..?" He asked me

"That Rupert Brown..!" I exclaimed

"The one who rescued Samantha..!" He finished my sentence..

"Yeah..!" I said

"Yeah..! What about him..?" He asked

"He is here in the hospital..and both the girls were so enjoying his company that they didn't pick up my calls..!" I said

"Wait..what..? Ivory is there..?" He asked

"Yeah..!" I said frustrated

"I am coming man..!" He said and hung up

After I hung up..I went in the room back.

Samantha and Rupert were holding hands. Rupert wss telling them something while the girls were laughing.

As soon as Samanatha saw me..she released her hand from his hand.

I sat there on the couch while none of them noticed my presence. I worked on my laptop while I don't know what on eart this dumbass was telling them that made them laugh.

I have had enough for today..and this made me burst my anger on Rupert

"When are you leaving..?" I asked Rupert and all of them diverted there gazes to me..Richard too entered in and sat beside me.

"Tom..!" Samantha exclaimed trying to know what I meant by this question

"I asked him when is he leaving..he must be having some work..!" I said

"Yeah..I think you are right..I should be taking leave your leave now beautiful ladies..!" Rupert said and both the girls had sad faces.

"Yeah..!" Richard said

Rupert stood up and kissed Samantha and Ivory on there cheeks.

"Did he just kissed Samantha.?"
"Did he just kissed Ivory..?" Both me and Richard asked each other tomorrow.

"See you guys tomorrow..!" Rupert said and left the room.

Samantha and Ivory gaggled about that son of a bi**h..!! While me and Richard sat and heard what they were  saying. How can this guy have so much effect on these girls..he looked as ugly as Ronald Weasely from the Harry Potter series..!!

"Samantha..!"
"Ivory..!" Both Samantha and Ivory exclaimed to each other.

"I just recieved a text from Rupert..!" Ivory said.

"Me too..!" Samantha exclaimed.

"What does the text say..?" Richard asked

"Yeah..! What does the text say..!" I asked back.

"Why are you guys so interested..?" Samantha asked

"He says he misses me already..!" Ivory chirped.

"He said that to me too..!" Samantha said and they gave each other a high-five.

Samanthas' POV

Both Richard and Tom held a poker face while we both girls were talking about Rupert. He was a nice guy. I think they are jealous. Wait..! Why is Richard jealous..? Id he in love with Ivory..?

"Why aren't you guys talking..!" Ivory asked Tom and Richard.

"Jealousy is hell of a drug..!" I smired and both the guys had there eyes shoooting open

"Who is jealous..?" Richard asked us

"I am not..!" Tom exclaimed

"We are not..!" Richard exclaimed.

"Yes you are..?" I chirped

"Tom..! Everybody knows why you are jealous..but Richard..what about you..?" Ivory asked Richard and I could see him blushing and his gaze stared the floor.

"Yes man..! Why are you jealous.?" Tom asked Richard and he blushed harder

"Someone is blushing..!" I smirked and this made Richard run out of the room. Tom too left after him.

"Ivory..I think Richard likes you..!" I told Ivory.
