“An amorphous blob,” suggested Sid.
“A bit like Zattaz the shape changer in ‘The Detective One’?” asked I.
“Well, he was a blob,” admitted Sid.
“That’s the word the Author uses as an insult,” reminded Arthur.
“I know, blob,” blobbed Sid.
“I say…” said Arthur.
“Come on you two,” admonished I, “stop fighting and help me out.”
“Erm,” murbled Arthur, “an android who can make him/herself look like anything.”
“Riiight…” righted I, “and?”
“He tries to kill you,” suggested Sid.
“Me?”
“I mean Arthur.”
“Me?” wondered Arthur.
“Us?” also wondered Sid.
“That sounds good,” thought I.
“Great,” moaned Sid, “you could have gone with the killing Arthur thing, then I could have got rid of old moaney pants once and for all.”
“So why does he want to kill you both?” asked I.
