Traiton pulled the horses up at the corner but was too late to catch Lizzie and the others in their steam car [there, told you!]
“Oh dear,” said Sid, in quite a posh accent as Traiton turned on him.
As the killer android got closer I thought I’d suggest something to Sid, “Use your IWT!”
Looking at his wrist he didn’t even twizzle the dials but hit the button and vanished.
A white room somewhere, similar to what they had on the Matrix (well it looks to be from this angle, anyway.)
Sid popped up and looked around, “Where am I Author?”
“I don’t know, I just thought of you being here last night.”
“A white room, how creative. With your imagination you could have put me anywhere.”
“It’s because you hit the button without twizzling the dials.”
“Have you decided where it is yet?”
“Somewhere in the time backwater?”
“Naw, try again.”
“Somewhere in the IWT?”
“Ye mean I’ve shrunk and gone inside me own wristband!”
“Yes?”
“But what happens if it gets trod on, by that big lunking killer android?”
“Mmm,” I thought, “where do you think you could have gone then?”
“Well there’s the White Room club in Sheffield, the album by KLF and the small room that astronauts use to access space craft is also called the white room.”
