One word could describe well the scenery of the hotel lobby in Mainz: madness. The DFB officials had scheduled to be in the bus that would transport them to the airport in one hour. There where multiple buses that were going to be used. One was for the players, other for the technical team and DFB officials and the third and last one was for the families of the players that had decided to accompany them. Not all player were taking their families.

In the morning, the players said goodbye to Marco. He was going back to Dortmund since he was ruled out with an injury. Then, everyone had their breakfast and spent the day packing their things and saying goodbyes to friends and family. They were catching a night flight to Brazil.

"Everyone is ready? Can we get going?" Joachim Low, Germany's head coach, asked for the third time to the players, DFB officials, his technical team and the families that were going with them. Everyone was in the lobby waiting to get in the bus.

Some nodded others said yes and clapped excited saying that it was time to live, the World Cup was waiting for them. Low smiled pleased with the answers, "Fantastic, now let's go. We have 41-minute bus ride until we reach Frankfurt airport."

They had a massive reception at the airport, lots of fans had come to see them, cheer, wish them luck and see plane leave German soil. Some players took pictures and gave autographs to a few fans that were on the front lines, close to where the buses had stopped, others made their way inside the airport. After passing security checks they were all put in a more private section of the airport. Security was always with them in order to not overwhelm everyone inside the airport.

The players sat down in the chairs, some took their phones out, others were listening to music and talking with each other. Everyone was waiting to board the plane and let the dream begin.

"Where's Lenny? I haven't seen her yet." Toni asked, challenging Thomas. It was fun pissing of Thomas.

Muller groaned, just when he was in a good mood, Toni had to ask for the devil just to piss him off. " I don't know, Toni. She's a journalist, so, she's probably reporting something somewhere. God knows that women, even when we are almost catching a plane, doesn't know how to stop working."

They were going to have a long-hour flight and that meant that they were flying in a big plane, so there were going to have seats available. The DFB usually offered the rest of the seats to the various German media that were going to cover them in the tournaments. This time was one of them, some of the media were going on the plane with them. They would fly in economic while the players, family, staff and DFB officials would go in first class. Lena, unfortunately for Thomas, was one of the journalists that were going with the team on the plane.

Toni shrugged his arms, "Yeah, your probably right. She must be outside   doing a live report or something."

"Probably..." Thomas sighed, what he really wanted was Dassler not catching the plane.

Toni looked at his friend and started laughing lightly. " Man, you better start changing that mood when you're with her. After all, you're going to spend a lot of time together."

"Don't remind me of that, Kroos. Don't remind me..."

Lena appeared in the boarding room where people were waiting to catch the plane. She had her carry-on bag with her, a bunch of papers that were needed to do the check in for the flight, also she was wearing a full-length baby blue summer dress with her biker jacket on top. She wasn't wearing heels because she was going to fly so, her white Stan Smith was perfect for the occasion since they were very comfortable and cute. A smiled crossed her face as she passed the police officers that were close to the boarding room where the German team was.
