Havyn's P.O.V.
"No," Kai snaps. "Alone. I just want to be alone."
I stumble backwards at his words, his painful words, clutching my stomach. Kai dashes out of the room, slamming the door behind him, making me jump. I fall onto the floor, bringing my knees to my chest. I have imagined the conversation about the baby for a while now, but I never thought of it ending like that. I mean I thought about him walking away, I just didn't think he actually would. Kai just walked out on me. A rush of anger jolts through me. Before I even know what I am doing, I fly out of my room, stopping in the living room. All of my friends look at me, probably horrified by the fire burning in my eyes.
"Where is he?" I ask, angrily. They all continue to stare. "Where the hell is he!?"
"He, he left," Jaxon mutters.
"Where the hell did he go?"
"I don't know honestly," Jaxon responds. "He said he needed time."
"If he comes back to this fucking house, you tell him to go shove a foot up his ass!" I shout out to no one in particular. My fist are balled up at my side by now. Sarah looks at me with sad eyes. "Tell him that I don't need him! Tell him I don't want him to show his face around here anymore! He doesn't have the right to just walk out on me like that!"
Tears are streaming down my face.
Chris is already in front of me, wrapping his arms tightly around me.
"What is going on?" Chris asks.
"I'm pregnant," I whisper. "And he just walked out."
"You are pregnant?" Matt asks, walking towards me. "Seriously?"
"Of course she is serious," Sarah snaps. "Did Kai just really walk out after you told him?"
"He said he needed air," I choke out. "Needed alone time. Well guess what? I feel more alone than ever right now."
"You are not alone," Chris says, making me face him. "We are here."
I nod my head.
"Kai will come around," Finn speaks up.
"He wouldn't leave you alone," Jaxon adds. "I have known Kai practically my entire life. We have been best friends since we could speak. Same goes with Finny boy. We both know Kai Prince like the back our hand, just like you do, Havyn. Kai has never been in love before, but I know without a shadow of a doubt that he is completely and utterly in love with you. It was like destiny that you two found each other. He will come back. Don't give up on him yet."
"Jax is right," Finn says, nodding. "He wouldn't leave you alone, especially now that you are having his kid. I promise that he is going to come back. It may take minutes, hours, or a couple of days, but he will be back."
...............................
Three days later, I wake up to Sarah banging on my front door. I trudge down the stairs still have asleep, opening the door with a scowl. The sun hits my eyes making me hiss like a vampire. I stumble back into the shadows.
"Are you seriously still asleep?" Sarah asks, putting her hands on her hips.
"I was," I snap.
"Your first doctors appointment is today," she says, smiling. "And you have exactly an hour and a half before you have to be there. I knew that if I didn't stop by, you would still be passed out. This isn't school, Hav, you can't just skip. Have you heard anything from Kai?"
Kai hasn't texted, called, or even shown up since he left a few nights ago.
"No," I whisper. "He hasn't."
