Sebastian X Reader part 1

You are known a as the Black Shinigami. A shinigami with a killer beauty that hides a mysterious connection to the underworld.

One day, your senpai William T. Spears gave you a mission and it is of course reaping souls.

But this time, it was different.

Your pov.

"This will be your 125th mission as a shinigami." William said and lifted up his glasses using his scythe.

"Yeah, fine." I replied boringly while sitting on the couch.

He smirked.

"Don't be too relaxed (Y/N)-san. This mission wouldn't be that easy. This might be one of the greatest challenge you have to overcome." He said in a serious tone.

I sighed.

"What now?" I asked.

He handed me the papers he was holding.

I took it and read it.

My eyes widen to what I saw.

'Sebastian Michaelis...
A butler to the Phantomhive estate for over three years..
Personal info: unknown..
Deadline: 60 days from now..' I read the paper.

"Does it mean... I'll have to spend 2 months being with that demon?!" I asked him while staring right in his eye.

He nodded signaling a 'yes'.

Shinigamis and demons are known as mortal enemies since demons eat souls and reaper reaps souls.

'Sebastian.. I had already encountered him several times and he was indeed a powerful demon summoned by Ciel Phantomhive, the queen's watchdog.' I thought reminding me of my encounters with Sebastian.

Flashback:

It was three years back then...

It was a very dark and silent night when I first met him...

The heavy rain was falling down our bodies....

I was given the mission to judge the soul of a child named Ciel... Ciel Phantomhive....

I saw this pitiful child laying unconsious on the ground with tears automatically falling from his eyes...

His clothes were bloody...

As I was about to swing my death scythe.....

His eyes opened revealing his blue irises...

I stopped and stared at his emotional eyes....

Just then without a blink of an eye.....

Black smoke appeared between us...

It formed a hand and reached for Ciel inside the cage...

I heard them talking about a contract....

Just then I realized that it was a demon...

I swung my scythe to the smoke and it scattered around...

Slowly... It formed into a human figure...

Revealing the demon's true form....

A male demon standing infront of a reaper....

We fought but with his demon form, I lose....

I backed away as he came closer to me....

His crimson eyes staring deep into my green ones....

Showing no emotion.....

I picked up my scythe and ran away as fast as I can from the merciless devil....

Luckily.... Ciel called this demon and eagerly formed their contract.....

I was unable to do my job....

To reap Ciel's soul before he summon the dangerous demon....

After a year.....

I was watching the cinematic records of a human I just reaped when the demon approached and stabbed me from the back....

Because of the impact...

I had accidentally let go of the cinematic records and it went back to the human's body which was awoke back to life....

Angrily, I looked behind me and saw the demon with a smirk..

"What the hell is your problem?!" I shouted at him..

"We still have unfinished business to settle... (Y/N)-san." He replied making me shocked because he already knew my name.

"Huh?! So you dare challenge me demon?!" I said sarcastically.

He removed his glove using his teeth and grinned.

"Sebastian is the name, milady." He said and attacked me with multiple knives that I quickly dodged using my sword scythe.

After an hour, we were both panting and bloody.

His eyes glowed crimson and I decided to back off but he took my hand and stabbed me on my stomach which made me vomit blood.

He stood up and wore his gloves turning behind me.

"Why......?" I managed to say while laying tiredly on the ground.

He turned around throwing me a questioning look.

"Why won't you kill me...?" I asked before coughing a huge amount of blood.

He faced me.

"Because my master ordered me to teach you a lesson, but not to kill you. Maybe this is already enough so that you won't tell anyone about the contract I have with young master?" He replied with a blank expression.

"Y-you filthy! *cough*" I said while trying hard not to fall unconsious.

He kneeled infront of me and leaned closer to my face.

"Or you want to get beaten up more?" He said sarcastically with a smirk.

He stood up and left me waiting for my death to come..

Just then, the heavy rain poured again.
