He sat in on the hospital bed and I sat on the chair next to it
He held my hand and squeezed it
"Josh I-I"
I cut him off

"It's okay I'll be here"
He nodded quietly tears flowing down his face
His breathing started to fasten but he was only breathing small breaths
"Ty?"
He breathed in and out and started to drool
"J-josh I-I'm gonna vomit"
My eyes widened I looked around the room quickly
I ran over to the bin snatching it up and running back over to Tyler
I helped him lean over the bed
He started to cry harder and sweat
"Josh I hate vomiting"
He took quick breaths

"It hurts"
I rubbed his back as he started to hurl into the bin

He sat up and I wiped his face with some tissues off the table

The nurse walked in with his oxygen tank
She smiled sympathetically as she hooked the tubes in his nose and over his ears and switching it on
His breathing started to slow down to normal and he took deeper longer breaths

"Ok I'll go get the IV and get the chemo ready for you okay"

He nodded slowly but as soon as she left tears fell down his face and he squeezed my hand harder
"Josh I'm not ready.. I'm scared I don't wanna"
I cut him off by giving him a quick kiss

"Shhh... It's gonna be ok... Just look at me while she is putting it in"
He nodded and wiped his face

She walked back into the room and put some gloves on
"Okay Tyler I'm just sterilising the surface okay"
He nodded quietly and looked at me

Hmm what do I say

"Tyler"

"Yeah"

"What is your favourite song at the moment?"

He looked up

"Uhmmm... Falling in love by Elvis Presley"

I giggled
"Okay Tyler, take a breath I'm going to put in the first needle"

He breathed in
"3..2...1"
He made a small gasp in pain and a single tear fell down his face

I rubbed his hand with my thumb

"It's okay.. Your alright"
He sighed still looking at me

"Give me your other arm"
He gave the nurse his arm and she rolled up the sleeve and started to sterilise his skin

"Are you a cat or dog person"
He asked

"Cat!"
I said excitedly making him giggle

"Okay Tyler... Here's the next needle"

He sighed and his eye twitched when she put the needle in

"Ask me another question"
He said as the nurse exposed his chest to put the next needle in

I nodded
"Uhmm lemme think"
I put my finger on my chin and looked up

"Favourite bands?"

That made him smile

"Blink 182, queen, panic!atthedisco, fall out boy, Metallica and a lot more"
His smile faded when she put in the needle
This one in his chest
He bit his lip to stop himself from yelling in pain and tears fell Down his face
"It's okay bub"
He breathed in and sighed after wards
"Okay Tyler one last needle then I'll be back in 25 minutes to finish you up and then you'll come back next week"

Tyler nodded quietly then sighed

We sat through the last need and then she left
I leaned into Tyler to whisper to him
"You'll be okay bub"
I kissed his neck and lips before I sat back down

25 minutes later

"Okay Tyler I'm gonna unhook you now"

He nodded quietly still holding my hand

She unhooked all the tubes and let us leave
Tyler stood up carrying his oxygen behind him

"C-can I stay at your house again"

I nodded opening the car door for him and shutting it when he sat down

"Let's go home then"
I said as I started the car
