I've packed all his things and Ashley has disconnected all the tubes
"We're going home tomorrow bubs!"
He giggled

I sat next to him on the bed and pulled him closer
He leaned his head on my chest and hummed
"I've never told you but your voice is amazing... What song is that"
He giggled
"Thanks... I guess"
"I wrote it"
I looked at him surprised and confused
"What's it called?"
"Ruby"
I smiled
"Can you sing it for me?"
He smiled and nodded
"Ruby I hope I see you"
"I've waited all this week"
And he hummed for a bit then sang again but he then stopped
"I haven't really finished it but yeah"
I smiled and kissed him
"That's okay"
I thought for a bit
"I like the name Ruby"
