It's been a week since we started the tree house and we have finally stabilised and finished the floor
"Hey guys"
I spoked to get all their attention

"Let's sleep here"
I said smiling
They all cheered
Then pete had an evil grin
"I was thinking the same... Except I brought these"
He pulled 3 bottles of alcohol out of his bag which got brendon excited
"Dude under age drinking much?!"
I yelled
But Tyler whispered in my ear
"It'll be fun"
Obviously not quiet enough
"Yeah josh it'll be fun"
They all agreed
I sighed
"Okay... It's not the first time I've done it"
They all laughed
We all messaged our parents telling them that we were sleeping over at dallons house and they believed it
Pete handed us each shots of vodka
"Ready"
He chanted
"1, 2.... 3!"
We all swallowed it coughing after wards

3 hours later

Pete chugged some beer and finally passed out like all the others
Andy just laughed
"Guys I'm gonna sleep now"
He laid down pulling the sleeping bag over himself

It was only me and Tyler now
We watched andy fall asleep and Tyler spoke quietly
"I'm drunk"
I giggled
"Me too"
But we weren't off our heads
We could still function
"I need to tell you a few things josh"
I smiled for some reason
"Ok go"
Tyler laced our fingers together
His hands are so soft
"I wasn't speaking to you yesterday cause um"
Oh yeah
I forgot about that
Tears fell down his face
"I couldn't breathe.... Mom took me to the hospital and I didn't tell you because I didn't want you to worry..."
I squeezed his hand to comfort him
"That's okay your breathing now"
He sighed
"It's not"
I frowned confused

"Why?"

"It's back"

I'm confused but I have a feeling if I were sober id know

"What"

"The cancer..... It's big this time a-and it's spreading"

I gasped silently

I squeezed his hand tighter

"You'll be okay"
Which I had no idea
But he can't leave me

"Tyler"
He looked up, tears streaming down his face

I cupped his cheek and whispered
"I'll make sure you'll be okay"

Then he whispered back
"Trust me, I won't leave you"

I watched his eyes switching focus from my eyes to my lips
And I did the same

I leaned in inch by inch
And he leaned too...
Turning his face slightly

I shut my eyes, moving my hand from my cheek to his neck as our lips collided

Our lips moved together like small ocean waves
His lips were warm and soft

His warm hands slipped under my jumper and pulled my body against his and I put my other hand around his waist and held him tight

We finally separated out lips for air and leaned our foreheads together looking into eachothers eyes
He whispered
"I've wanted to do that since I first saw you"
I smirked
"Me too"
I put my other arm around him and pulled the blanket over us
I hugged him tight and my eye lids felt heavy
As I shut my eyes I felt his head rest on my chest
And I heard a small whisper from a drunk brendon and a sober andy
"Did they forget we were here"
Then the dark of night took over
