Harry: …and he is prepared. He’s been reading pregnancy books since you got pregnant, so he knows what to do when something happens. He calls your parents and his to inform them that you’re about to give birth. He drives fast, but makes sure you are comfortable and safe.

Liam: …and he is frantic. He calls your mum and dad and tells them which hospital he’ll be bringing you. While driving you to the hospital, he won’t stop asking you how you’re feeling. He would only stop when he hears the panic in your voice. “Please just drive. You’re making me panic with all your questions!” “Sorry! Just wanted to make sure you’re fine.”

Louis: …and he laughs because at first he thinks you only peed yourself. But when he sees the serious look on your face, he stops and asks you, “Your water broke, didn’t it?” As he drives you to the hospital, he calls your parents and put them on speaker to inform them. He calls his mum and does the same thing. When he’s done, he looks at you through the rear-view mirror and says, “I love you so much. We’re going to be the best parents, yeah? We can do that, right?” And you assure him, because he’s amazing and he can do it.

Niall: …and he is quiet. Coincidentally, your parents were around when your water broke, so he felt assured because you had them with you. He lets your parents fuss over you, but you can see the anxiousness in his eyes. And as he drives, it is the only time he speaks. “We’re finally going to see our daughter.”

Zayn: …and he is performing. Paul signals him to go backstage because you were there and your water just broke. He apologizes to the audience and says, “I have to go! I’m about to see my first child!” and he runs to you to be by your side. He lets the guards escort the two of you to the nearest hospital so that he can sit beside you and make sure you’re alright
