Learning and Loving.

Chapter 9.

Jane woke up at 6am to the sun shining through the gap in the curtains. She got up and out of bed and headed into the shower.

Once she was out she chose her outfit for school that day carefully. She chose light blue jeans, A white skin tight t-shirt ans white lacoste boat shoes with her hair tied in a messy bun.

She cooked scrambled egg on toadt for her and Barry then headed out to the car her mother got her for an early 18th birthday presant. It was a mat black Audi TT. He great aunt Macey you could say was a multi million air and gave Angela quite a bit for the kids and herself.

Jane started the engin to her new car and reversed out of the parking lot and headed to school.

As she pulled through the gates everyone turned to look. Most of the kids there had beatles and trucks, Jane's car was better than most teachers.

She parked the car and climbed out, grabbing her bag and locking the car over her shoulder as everyone watched her.

Jane headed up to Biology where she found Maura setting up the room.

"Good Morning Miss isles." Jane smirked as she placed her bag down near her desk and sat down.

"Good Morning Jane" Maura winked as she took a seat at her desk.

Jane smiled. She loved the fact that she could stare at Maura without getting told off.

She is so perfect. Maybe i should drag her into the cupboard before everyone starts coming in. Jane thought to herself as she watched Maura.

"What you up to tonight?" Maura asked as she watched the younger woman closely.

"Family meal" Jane said guiltily know what Maura was going to suggest.

"Oh, Special occasion?" Maura asked.

"My birthday tomorrow, Only time our whole family is in town" Jane explained.

"Your birthday huh? The big 18?" Maura smirked.

"Mhmm.." Jane smiled evily.

"Well ill have to see what i can do.." Maura teased.

"I look foward to it" Jane winked.

"What are you doing tomorrow then?" Maura asked interested.

"Well im going shopping at 11 to get new clothes and guitars and stuff then a meal with Barry and Jessica then..nothing" Jane said.

"Well, Do you want to..Spend the night at my place?" Maura asked nervously.

"Hell yes....I mean yeah sure" Jane changed her tone.

"Alright then" Maura laughed.

"So Janie, Do you have a special person in your life?" Jane's uncle Mark pushed over the dinner table.

Jane laughed and looked down at her plate.

"Is that a yes?" He asked as the whole family began smiling.

"No," Jane giggled as she took a mouthfull of rice.

"Well Jane, We will have to change that wont we!" Her Aunt Teresa smiled.

Jane.just laughed and carried on eating. That was the only time that night they had spoken about Jane's love life, and to be quite frank she was relieved they stopped.

"So Jane, Tell me what you look for in a woman?" Mark asked.

Here it comes again!

Jane rolled her eyes. She thought they were done with this.

"Well..Uh,  i like green eyes, Blondy, ginger hair. A mature woman who knows her place. Intelligent. Pretty. Slim. Great personality. Good Hugger. Good kisser.-"

"You sound like your describing someone Janie? You not telling us something?" Mark interupted.

Jane blushed a little then shook her head.

"Whats her Name?" He asked.

"There isnt anyone." Jane laughed.

"I know when someone is in love. And you my friend definately are." He laughed.

His words rang through Jane's head as she layed on her bed looking up at the ceiling with her arms behind her head.

Is this what it feels like to be inlove? Am i really in love?

Jane smiled.

"Maura." She whispered. "Thats her name"
