Chapter 10.

Jane took 5 hours shopping for clothes, new gadgets and a new guitar. She dragged Barry around thr shopping center with her and he had had enough and called it a day.

When Jane got home she took all her stuff to her room and hopped in the shower.

Maura's tonight. Im 18. Its going to happen.

Jane's mind was all over the place. She took another hour to pick out an outfit then get ready. She finally headed out the door at eight.

"Hello?"

"On my way now" Jane smiled into the phone.

"Okay, see you in a bit"

"alright, See ya" Jane smiled as she hung up the phone. Pushing the key in the egnition she headed to Maura's.

Jane pulled up on Maura's drive next to Maura's silver porch and stepped out locking her car she headed to the door.

She stood for a few minuets after she knocked thrn Maura finally answered.

Jane stared at the woman infront of her. Wearing a jet black dress with black stiletoes and her hair falling freely around her shoulders.

"You look..Amazing" Jane said shocked.

"Thankyou, Come in" Maura smirked as Jane stepped in.

Jane looked around and saw two plates at the table. Mayra ushered Jane into the seat then Maura sat opposite her.

"Happy birthday" Maura smiled as she clicked glasses with Jane's.

"Thankyou" Jane smiled.

Once Jane and Maura changed into more comftorble clothes they sat snuggled on the couch under a blanket watching a movie when Maura sat up.

"I have something for you" Maura smiled as she headed into her bedroom and retreated with a birthday bag.

"Maur, You didnt have to" Jane sighed as Maura sat next to her and handed her her bag.

Was that a nickname? God this girl. Woman!

"Well your my girlfriend and i wanted to spoil you" Maura smiled.

Girlfriend?

Jane smiled even wider at the name then reached into the bag.

The first presant was small and wrapped in blue shiny paper.

Jane opened it revealing a small blue box.

"This isnt a wedding ring is it?" Jane laughed.

"No.." Maura giggled.

Jane pushed open the lid revealing a small black pair of circled earings.

"There beautiful Maur" Jane smiled as she took out her ones and pushed the new ones in.

"Open your next one" Maura smiled.

Jane smiled and rolled her eyes and reached in revealing a slightly larger box but still very small.

Maura watched as Jane pulled off the paper hesitant to open the box.

"A key?" Jane asked as she started at the sma silver key.

"Its a key to here," Maura explained. Jane looked at her and smiled.

"I think i love you" Jane grinned as she pulled Maura close and pressed their lips together.

"Open the next one!"

Jane laughed as she pulled out the last box wich was longer.

Jane pulled off the paper and revealed a platenum braclet.

"Maur!" Jane gasped.

Maura took the bracelet and opened it so Jane could see what was engraved on the inside.

Jane looked at the bracelt as her eyes became glassy.

"Maur" Jane whispered as Maura clipped the bracelet on her wrist. Jane pulled Maura into a gently kiss. Maura looked at Jane once they pulled back.

Jane stood up pulling Maura with her and linking their fingers and Jane leading Maura to her bedroom.

Jane pushed Maura down on her bed and slowly straddled her as they began to kiss. Maura ran her hands up the back of Jane's thighs as they continued kissing.

"There comftorble.." Jane shrugged.

Jane pulled Maura's jeans off too and looked down at her underwear.
