Alex and I ran down the hall of the hotel we were staying in after changing into different clothes for the reception. We were late. Dammit. I held my heels as I pulled Alex down the hall.

"I bet their having sex." Lexi said as we turned the corner.

"I though you cou-" Jack started but I cut him off.

"Shut your face. And actually sex is good when your pregnant... but still." I said as we turned the corner. Then Lexi squealed as I dropped my heels putting them on.

"We gotta go!" Alex said looking at his bare wrist acting like it was a watch. I grabbed his hand, laced our fingers together and pulled him outside. What it's December and we wanted and outdoor reception. We have problems.

"They're here!" Lexi yelled as her and Jack ran ahead of us. Alex and I looked at each other and he quickly kissed me before we walked over. We were introduced and started our first dance.

'When your legs don't work like they used to before
And I can't sweep you off of your feet
Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love?
Will your eyes still smile from your cheeks?

And, darling, I will be loving you 'til we're 70
And, baby, my heart could still fall as hard at 23
And I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe just the touch of a hand
Well, me—I fall in love with you every single day
And I just wanna tell you I am

So, honey, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
Maybe we found love right where we are

When my hair's all but gone and my memory fades
And the crowds don't remember my name
When my hands don't play the strings the same way (mmm...)
I know you will still love me the same

'Cause, honey, your soul could never grow old, it's evergreen
And, baby, your smile's forever in my mind and memory
I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe it's all part of a plan
Well, I'll just keep on making the same mistakes
Hoping that you'll understand

That, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
Thinking out loud
Maybe we found love right where we are (oh, oh)

La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, lo-ud

So, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Oh, darling, place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
But maybe we found love right where we are
Oh, baby, we found love right where we are
And we found love right where we are.' We finished dancing and everyone applauded.

Everyone went back to doing what they were and didn't pay attention so we thought we'd play some games. I spotted my grandparents and our parents talking so we went over. I wrapped my arms around Grandpa Phil and he looked confused.

"Guess who." I said and they looked at us. Cue the hug fest, them saying I looked beautiful, telling Alex that if he ever did anything to hurt me his head would be in a silver platter, and we said hi to about every other guest there before getting drinks. Alex got wine because who doesn't like fucking wine? And I just got water. Fucking pregnancy.

"I'm gonna go talk with my parents for a few minutes, okay?" Alex asked and I nodded kissing him.

"I'm gonna find my uncle Patrick." I said and we went out separate ways. I found him and the rest of FOB talking to Uncle Ethan and Blaze.

"Hey youngblood!" I said and they smiled at me.

"Hey kid." Pete said.

"I'm not a kid." I protested and he laughed.
