Chapter 34: First love
Athena's POV
Birthday ngayon ni Steph. One of my closest girlfriend. As you know, she's our Taeyeon in our cover group.
Nagre-ready na ko para sa party niya later. Im wearing a dark blue dress at nakacurl ang hair ko.
"You're pretty as always my princess." Bret said. He use to call me his princess. I admit it, I like the way na tinatawag niya kong ganon. Kilig kilig to the power of ten, hahaha.
"Well, thank you. Ang gwapo mo rin ngayon ah? Well, as always. Haha." I said.
Naka bow and tie siya. It really fits him. Ang gwapo lalo!
He laugh. "Nagiging bolera ka na rin ah? Hahaha. Hmm. Let's go Ms. Minnie Mouse?" he lay his hands on me. And tinanggap ko ito.
"Sure." kaya naman lumabas na kami.
Wow, there are too many people. Ang gaganda at ang gwagwapo nilang lahat.
At mukha pang mayayaman. Ang taray naman pala ng relatives ni Steph! Kabugan, hahaha.
Pang classy talaga ang theme ng birthday ni Steph. It's shining shimmering splendid!
Umupo na kami ni Bret sa table na nakareserve para samin.
Umakyat ng stage si Steph. "Goodevening everybody. Thank you for coming tonight. Well, enjoy my 19th birthday. Thank you!" she said.
Ang ganda ganda niya ngayon. She's like a goddess. Naka gold long gown siya na pa-balloon. May tiara pa siya. It really fits her.
Pagkababa ni Steph sa stage ay lumapit siya sa amin.
"Athens, be ready ha? Kakanta ka na." she said.
Yep, I'll sing. Request ni birthday girl eh. Edi pagbigyan. Hiyang hiya naman ako noh? Hahaha "Okay, sure. No problem." I said.
Bumalik sa stage si Steph and she grab the mic. "Lets give around of applause for Athena who will give us an inspirational song." at nagpalakpakan ang lahat ng tao.
"Go girl!" sabi ni Steph and she winked. kaya naman umakyat na ko ng stage.
Kinuha ko yung mic at nagsalita "Well, this song is not related to Steph. Wala kasi talaga akong maisip sorry. Hahaha." I laugh.
"Etong kantang ito is for the people who loves a guy. But she needs to let him go with some reasons. Even though it really hurts, she must move on and get over. So, that's it. Enjoy!" I said.
Nagsimula na kong tumugtog sa piano at kumanta..
