~ Sorry this is so late! I'm in college and I get really tired and with me moving in a month it's hard for me to update like I try too :(. I hope you all like this <3.

“Rise and shine princess!” A voice calls and I shoot up. I search the room I’m in making sure it wasn’t all a dream, that this was real. I let out a sigh of content when I see Gemma in my doorway once again a smirk on her face.

“You cannot do that to me Gemma! I nearly had a heart attack, I thought I was still back there” I say getting out of bed.

“Sorry Becca, I didn’t think it through” She tells me with a sheepish grin.

“It is fine, now what should I wear? Or should I bring a change of clothes with me?”  I ask moving into my closet. I only brought a couple pairs of clothes so the closet is scarcely stocked. I need to get out shopping. Maybe Gemma and I can go today or something.

“Bring a change, we’re doing something afterwards with the boys and girls” Gemma tells me looking down at her phone. I nod at her and she gives me a smile before disappearing. As I look through my closet I realize I don’t have much of anything I could wear today besides cropped shirts I wear to dance, yoga pants, jeans, and some basic white tshirts.

Internally groaning I walk out of my room and make my way towards Gemma’s room hoping she can help me with my fashion issues. When I reach her door I knock gently and when she calls out for me to come in I push the door open to see her sat in front of a giant oval mirror in between two large windows.

“What do you need?” She asks looking at me through the mirror.

“I have two things to ask… One, do you have a top I could wear for later? I don’t have much… And two, could we maybe go shopping when we are done?” I ask scratching my arm.

Gemma laughs and gets off her chair, motioning for me to follow her into her closet. She starts fishing through her closet and a few moments later she emerges with a peach colored sweater with three quarter sleeves.

“Make sure you wear a dark pair of jeans with this… It’ll look better. What type of shoes do you plan on wearing?” She tells me as she hands me the shirt.

“I was planning on just wearing my dance shoes” I say honestly and she’s shaking her head moving back into her closet pulling out a pair of knee high brown leather boots  with a slight heel.

“These should fit you” She tells me handing me the boots, “Now go get ready.”

I laugh leaving her room and making my way across the flat into my room. I set the boots right beside the door and hang the sweater in the closet next to my jeans before I make my way over to my bed. I hate getting into an unmade bed so I quickly made it, setting all the pillows perfectly before going back to the closet, retrieving the sweater and a pair of dark wash jeans to set them on my bed.

I make my way into the bathroom and clean up a bit and brush my teeth before getting dressed and doing my hair. My hair is put in a simple, yet sophisticated, bun; pins holding down all my flyaway hair. Once my hair is finished I pack my bag and before I know it I’m in Gemma’s car on our way to Starbucks for breakfast.

“What would you like?” Gemma asks when we pull up to the drive through. I take a look at the sign and decide on Frappe and a bagel. Once we get our food we are on our way towards the studio where I am meeting the girls and the rest of the dancers.

“Are you all right Bec? You’re awfully quiet” Gemma says as I pick at my bagel.

“Just a bit nervous is all” I say with a small smile.

“You will do great, I promise. The girls will love you” She tells me and my smile widens. With that being said I eat the rest of my bagel and enjoy my frappe as we listen to the radio.

“Alright, here we are!” Gemma says when she parks the car in front of studio. I bite my lip as I watch her get out of the car and wait for me by the front of it. “Are you coming?” She mouths and I nod making my way out of the car.

“I’m a bit nervous…” I say once we reach an elevator. Gemma presses a button labeled ‘5’ and we are zooming up.

“There’s no need to be. The girls are really easy going and there’s no doubt in the world you won’t get in. Trust me” Gemma tells me with a smile and all I can do is return it. As the lift moves I fiddle with the strap on my bag, finding fascination in the small tear. When the doors open we exit and I follow Gem down a long hallway.

“You ready?” She asks when we come to a set of double glass doors that looked into a dance studio where I see both guys and girls in dance attire.

“As ready as I’ll ever be” I say with a slight smile and she pushes open the doors and I follow her to a group of four girls laughing and giggling over something.

“Hey!” Gemma says and the girls turn and wrap her up in a hug. They say there hellos and catch up for a little bit and when a blonde girl asks who I was Gemma laughs. “This is Becca; she’s my new roommate and, hopefully, your newest dancer. Now Becca, this is Jesy, Perrie, Jade, and Leigh-Anne.”

“Hello” I say with a bright smile adjusting the strap on my bag as I look over the quartet in front of me. I obviously knew who they were seeing as I watched all of their music videos and performances on the show they won.

“I hope you’re ready to dance hun!” Jade says and I laugh nodding. Jesy motions towards the locker room so I can change and I smile as I hurry towards the door. I quickly change into a pair of yoga shorts and an oversized cropped top and my dance shoes.

“Okay good, you’re back!” A young bald man with a goatee says when I reappear. “Okay everyone, I’m Jackson, the choreographer! Just follow my lead! We need to know what you are capable of! Now on my count and a one, two, three!” He looks over to Gemma who hits a button and upbeat music starts pouring from the speakers and the man starts dancing and everyone in the room starts to dance.

After fifteen minutes of excursion most of the group of dancers gave up but me along with a few others. We’ve gone through four different upbeat songs. Each had a different style of dance and we had to follow the choreographer’s exact steps. When the music stops and so does the man, I’m breathing heavily.

“Good job to all of you. Now, those of you who are still standing and have not yet got a drink you may do so” He says and I sigh happily as I make my way over to the water table and grab a chilled bottle. I open it up and take a generous sip.

“You did great!” Gemma’s voice says and I jump, my hand going over my heart.

“You really need to stop doing that Gemma!” I say with a smile.

“Sorry, but you were amazing! Best one out there!” I roll my eyes at her comment and head back to the center of the room, folding myself on the floor besides all the other dancers.

“Okay, now that you have shown us what you can do the girls and I have decided who was worthy of being a part of our family. Now, I remind you we only have seven open spots. So, if I call your name, we would like you to go through the door to the left and wait for the rest of us!”  Jackson says with a slight grin.

I look around the room noticing all the nervous faces. I bite my lip and sit up a little straighter as Jackson clears his throat.

“Marcus Brown” A tall boy with hazel eyes and sandy hair stands up and smiles as he makes his way to the room through the left door.

“Myah Klark” The olive toned girl sitting beside me stands up and leaves.

“Emily Vahone” A blonde girl leaves.

“Roy Wilson” A boy with an afro joins the other three.

“Krista Graves” The ginger girl behind me.

“Jacob Martin” A brunette boy on the left side of the room.

“And last but not least, Becca Jacobs!” Jackson concludes and I stand up, a smile broad on my face as I make my way into the room with my new co dancers.
