Irreplaceable

Chapter 9

"In the beginning, there was only the universe. It was a wide expanse that behold the Earth, a planet that can sustain life. The very basic unit of life in this planet started with the minute microorganisms. After billions of years, they have evolved into an advanced specie that we call now as the homo sapiens, humans, or the mortals. These mortals, with developed brains and stature, had been always driven by their curiousity. They were always looking above at the sky and the heavens, marvelling at the stars and the mysterious world beyond their own. Their faith in the twinkling objects lighting up the galaxy led to the birth of a cosmic and enchanted entity that we all know as the Ether. Others believed that Ether was once a star. Some thought that maybe it was just a passing meteorite. But they were mistaken. Because Ether is the Cosmos. Ether is the soul or spirit of the universe itself."

Pigil hininga ako habang nakikinig sa kinukwento ni Lady Venice. Paano ba naman nung nagsimula siya ay bigla na lang dumilim ang buong library. Akala ko kung ano na pero naintindihan ko naman pagkatapos. Dahil habang nagsasalaysay si Lady Venice ay nagsisilitawan din ang iba't ibang eksena sa harapan namin na parang nandoon talaga kami sa mismong panahon kung kailan naganap ang mga nasa kasaysayan. Hindi ito ang ineexpect ko na History Lesson. Super intense at hindi na ako makapaghintay na makinig sa mga susunod niyang sasabihin.

"Ether found strength in the fondness and faith of the mortals to the stars. These strength gave Ether the ability to make special phenomenons happen such as the meteor showers, falling stars, the northern and southern lights. These occurences also made it possible for Ether to shower its gifts and blessings to mortals who have faith in the stars, marking the start of the appearance of supernaturals, a brand new race of human beings who were bestowed upon rare and unique gifts by the Cosmos."

OMG! Nakakapanindig balahibo naman ang sinabi ni Lady Venice! Kinilig din ako dahil isa pala ako sa napili ng universe o ni Ether kaya napunta ako sa lugar na ito. I'm so privileged to the highest level!

"The blessed humans felt delusional at first but later on, they realized the source of their gifts and became grateful for them by using their gifts for the common good. The growing society had trouble of accepting the supernaturals at first because of their peculiarity, but as time went by they were finally integrated back to their groups. But still some humans perceived the supernaturals as a threat that's why they tried to eradicate them. Before total destruction happened, Ether created a parallel dimension that would serve as sanctuary for the supernaturals. And we call that world Endova."

Inggit lang kayo, eh! Hindi naman namin kasalanan kung bakit kami nabiyayaan ng super duper amazing powers eh! Pero atleast, mas maganda rin naman ang Endova. Wala masyadong polusyon dito. Perks!

"In this sanctuary, the supernaturals were able to harness tbeir full potential without the fear of mortals exploiting them because this place wasn't accessible to mere humans. And in this sanctuary, the supernaturals began to flourish wholly. They have accomplished to build the Royal Kingdom, the central reigning body in Endova, in which it was composed of various institutions, academies, cities, and communities that cater for their own development. The supernaturals were very contented of their new home. But as the centuries passed by, evil started to foster. Some supernaturals were manipulated by their greed and thirst for power which made them divert from goodness. Ether couldn't do anything to address this problem because it cannot interfere with the lives of the individuals which it had blessed."

May mga tao pa rin talaga na ayaw makontento. Kaya tayo nagkakagulo eh! Kapag may mahal ka na, huwag ka nang maghanap ng iba, gets? Contentment is the word, people!
