The Bright Side

Prologue

When you stare at the boundless sky, you'll always wish for a shooting star to come and make your dreams come true.

It will always be like that; you always need a hint, or maybe an aid just to make your wish a little more realistic.
You need to depend on someone just to assure you and make you feel more relieved. It is really annoying that you can't walk on your own. To always need that person who makes you less depressed. Who knows your darkest secrets and your most intimate thoughts. A person who will try his best to be with you; try to make you believe in yourself.

Having someone who understands you is really amazing. We all need that person who promises us that no matter what happens, no matter what time it is, he will always be beside us.

However, we always forget that we shouldn't make promises when we are happy, because they won't mean anything. They will fade away. And when that person leaves you, you will feel that ache in your chest. It is not an actual physical pain. It is something inside you that you never ever feel unless someone you love leaves you. It is that pain in your soul that will make you realize that you mean nothing without that person.

This is the state where pain will start getting to you, and you will be surrounded with darkness.
