"Merry Christmas baby." he says with a wide smile.
"Merry Christmas." I reply with a kiss on his cheek.Being around Sam makes me feel loved and wanted, and on this special day I pray that we'll last 'forever' because I believe that without him, my life would be a complete mess.
"I really have to go. I should be home in five minutes, my parents are waiting and I should spend Christmas with them." I say as the panic starts building inside me.
"Amy, please stay. We can go to the mall or something. I'll talk to your mom." He pleads.
I really don't want to say no because I want to be around him whenever I can.
"Don't be silly. You know that the malls are closed today so you should just drive me back." I tell him, regretting what I had just said.
"Okaaaay." He replies, defeated.
-
"Amelia Bulouk, get down here, now!" My mother startles me by yelling.
"Mom, stop yelling! I'm coming, calm down." I scream from my room.
I hate the fact that my parents can control me, but I know that they have the right to. Right? Of course they have the right, and 'control' is just a bad word because they actually 'care' not control anyway.
"So, what do you want Mrs. Bulouk?" I tease.
"The tree just fell down and I'm going crazy. Our neighbors will be here any second and I have to bake the cookies. Your dad wants his cup of tea and I have to pretend that I'm okay while I'm not-"
Did she just say all these? I interrupt her. "Okay.. I didn't understand anything, but I understand that you have to calm down."
Her eyes show that she's really tired so I wanted to erase some of her tiredness.
"Mom, go bake the cookies. I'll hand my dad his cup and I'll fix the tree. Just calm down, please." I assure her that it's okay so she sighs and heads back to the kitchen.
After helping my mother and welcoming our neighbors, I went to my room and fell on the mattress. It is almost eleven and I am really tired.
I imagine him lying beside me, with his dark brown eyes and brown hair. With his sun-kissed skin and his soft hands drawing circles on my cheeks. I imagine my hands sensing his hard muscles and my eyes scanning his tall body.
I finally realize how lucky I am to have him as a boyfriend. He seems like the perfect guy that only exists in books. I fell asleep dreaming of this beautiful guy that I have.
"Amy, wake up." I hear my mom saying. I didn't bother to open my eyes, I just nod.
"Honey, it's nine, and Sam is waiting for you downstairs." I open my eyes widely and I feel my heart beats increase.
"Hey calm down." She teases and I smile.
Embarrassment is clear on my face and I feel my cheeks burning. I really feel shy around her when it comes to him.
"Tell him I'll be down in 10 minutes." I tell her and she nods with a smile.
I wore my tight jeans, my favorite black shirt and my black converse. I put my hair in a ponytail and I head down to the living room.
I see him wearing just like me and I smile at the thought.
"Morning, babe" He says with love shining in his beautiful eyes. "Morning" I reply with red cheeks -I feel the burning actually- and a smile.
"I won't take you for breakfast while wearing like me. I mean, you look like a boy. Come on, go and put some makeup."
He laughed and I shifted uncomfortably. "You know that I don't like the girly stuff." I reply bitterly.
