Selena's POV

This time I didn't put in too much effort to get ready for him. I just wore some old hot pants, a black top, and sneakers. I didn't want to get all worked up and end up like the last time. I know this look isn't too appropriate for a date, but if he doesn't like me like this, he wouldn't be the right one. Maybe that's a bit harsh, but I'm still hurt from what he did. Then I put on some makeup and went downstairs. I waited for some minutes until the doorbell rang. Shit. I was nervous. Was it him? Did he really come this time? I went there to open it, and it was Justin. He really did come. I was happy and couldn't help but smile at him; he looked so adorable. I started to check him out; he was wearing normal clothes, a black cap, a black t-shirt, and white shorts. I saw that he was also checking me out, so I smirked.

"Hey," I greeted him.

"Hey," he replied with a small smile on his face.

"Where are we going?" I asked him, but he decided to ignore me.

"You look so beautiful, Sel," he complimented me, and I just hid my face with my hair.

"Yes, and you're a big liar," I laughed.

"Me and lying? No way," we both started laughing and blushing.

"So... Where are we going?" I asked, trying to get this out of him.

"You're not gonna let this go, are you?" He asked.

"Nope," I answered, popping the 'p.'

"Okay, we'll try to find a good place for a picnic," he finally said.

"Sounds good," I said, and then we went to his car. He opened the door for me like a real gentleman. Then he sat down next to me, and we started driving.

At the first crossroad, he asked me, "left or right?"

"You don't know where you're going?" I asked, really not knowing if he was lost or something.

"No, I don't because we're being spontaneous," he explained.

"Oh... okay, left." He drove to the left.

We came into more crossroads, and he kept asking me where to go, and I kept answering him. After a lot of crossroads, we came into a road that seemed to have no crossroads, so we just kept going forward. We drove for a long time but didn't realize it because we talked a lot.

We could talk all day, and I would never get tired of it. After a while, we noticed that we were lost, so Justin stopped the car. We both got out, and as I searched for my watch to see what time it was, it was already 6 pm, so we drove for basically two hours and could be anywhere. We started to laugh about that. Justin put out a map, but since he didn't know where we started driving, it was useless. But she just laughed, and that made me laugh too. I was so happy because of her smile. She's really amazing. I love it... I could talk to her all day long and never get bored. She's so nice and beautiful... So perfect. I really can't believe that she's actually here with me.

"Okay, so what do we do now?" I asked her.

"Picnic?" She suggested.

"Okay, get into the car, and I'll prepare it," I told her.

"I can help you!" She insisted.
