You woke up comfortably on your bed, feeling like your morning will become happy and problem-free, due to the good yesterday you experienced. Finally, true human friends!

You rubbed your eyes and stretched, removing your drowsiness you are currently feeling.
You sat up and swung your legs to the side of your bed, wearing your bedroom slippers.

"Mornin'." You heard a voice greet. You looked infront of you to see Sans sitting on his bed, leaning against the wall, holding his phone.

You smiled at him sweetly. "Good morning," you greeted him back, more cheerfully than the usual.

"You're in a good mood, huh?" Sans asked, his usual grin plastered on.

You nodded with a smile then stood up. You went for the door but a sound startled you from doing so.

'Ring Ring Ring', your phone chimed. You wondered who would text or call you in the morning, especially that nobody even often does that to you.

You took your phone and saw a notification pop-up as soon as you opened it.

'New text message received', you read in your mind.
You opened the message and saw that it was from an unknown number, unregistered on your phone.

I'm in a good mood, too...after seeing your smile.

You looked at it, blushing. Who would send this? Unless...

You heard Sans chuckle, then noticed that the message was from him. He gave you a wink before getting off his bed.
You decided to text him back; with a nice comeback that you could receive a flustered-look from him as well.

You smiled at what you thought then instantly texted him, his phone ringed.
He looked at his phone, gaining a tinge of blue on his bony cheeks. You chuckled too making him have the same reaction as yours.

He jokingly glared at you as you laughed playfully.

"Well, I'm goin' to eat breakfast now, wanna join me?" Sans invited you nervously, the blue blush still on his cheeks.

Without even thinking you immediately shot him a 'yes', which made him beam.

"Wait for me," you told Sans, preparing yourself before leaving the room.

"Ohh, right. I'll wait for you by the door." Sans said, leaving you in the room for your privacy.

You put down your phone back on your bedside and walked infront of your mirror to brush your hair. You also changed your shirt and pajamas. You didn't took long in changing since you rushed your morning routines to meet up with Sans.

'Ring Ring Ring', your phone rang again. You grabbed it and saw that it was from the skeleton anew. You smiled warmly to yourself and opened the message.

Sans: Ya done?

Y/N: Yep!

Sans: Cool..

You put your phone down then left the room. You saw Sans, his hands in his blue jacket's pockets, waiting for you at the corridor.

"Let's go," you said and walked to the Dining area with Sans at your side. You unbelievably grew closer to him, also since he got off of his shy-self knowing that growing like that around you would do better. You felt safe around the skeleton - but he acts weird around you sometimes, as if he's hiding something from you. The thought of him not trusting you with it made you frown.

"Good morning, you two~." Toriel greeted sweetly. The room was filled with the smell of delicious pancakes. She set down the bottle of maple syrup on the table and sat down with you and Sans.

You added maple syrup on your pancakes before slicing them with your fork and shoving them in your mouth.

"How was your sleep, Y/N?" Toriel questioned after swallowing a piece in her mouth.

"It was-" you were cut off by an unfamiliar voice and Frisk's voice.

"GREAT!" Frisk yelled running to the table.

"Frisk, don't yell like that." Toriel admonished the child.

"Sorry, mommmmm." Frisk said, but she wasn't serious. "But why didn't you told me you brought Flowey with us?" Toriel's eyes widened but then went back to normal after a few seconds of realization.

"Ahh, him." Toriel cooed. "I know the part where Asriel turned into a flower last week but I don't remember bringing him with us."

"Hmmm.." Frisk hummed, looking around the room for suspicions. She left the room and ran to the Living room while shouting out, "PARANORMAL ACTIVITY!!".

You wanted to ask who the heck is Flowey so badly, but you just didn't want your curiosity to wander around at this early time in the morning. Plus, your pancakes are super delicious.

Toriel giggled at Frisk's silly actions. "Anyway, we're going back in the Undergrounds tomorrow." Toriel announced sadly. "It wasn't enough time to explore the surface but we do have good memories."

You were excited yo retrieve back to, what you already call, 'home'. Excitement filled you, adding more to your good mood in the morning...but it only lasted until you realized that you have to leave your new friends so quickly.

"You okay?" You looked up from your thoughts to see Sans, his eyes convey concern.

"Yeah.." you retorted quietly, unsure if lying would help him not worry about your situation.

"I don't think so." Sans stated, trying to get the truth out of you. You avoided eye contact, but not telling him might be worse. You sighed,

"Fine," you gave in. "I do will miss my friends...even though they're just two." You admitted. Sans placed his hand on your shoulder. "We'll visit them some time. Plus, you have their phone numbers..!"

You smiled at the skeleton as a response to him cheering you up. You then remembered their phone numbers written on the piece of paper that were given to you - remembering, you placed them by the bedroom drawer.

You stood up from the chair and fixed it back on its respective position. You bowed down at Sans's level and pecked a kiss on his cheek, whispering 'Thanks', before leaving the Dining room with a dorky smile.

Not only you had that smile on, as well as him ; smiling dorkily and dozed off by your kiss.
