(max pov)

i sat in the club house my legs propped up on a table as i twisted my swiss army knife in my hands. i was waiting for the meeting to start.
   Everything has been hectic lately. Ever since Olivia showed up. Basically Niko thinks we need to get her on our side. Olivia is sweet and nice I like her. To be honest I wanted to be in the Magcon boys gang. But I can't just leave I will be killed. I hate hurting people.
   Niko walked in looking infuriated.
"What crawled up your ass and died?" I asked.
"That girl Olivia. It's going to be harder to get her on our side. To not trust the Magcon boys." He said clenching his jaw.
"Max. What is she like. You talked to her right?" Niko said sitting down in his chair.
"Uh yeah. She will be easy. We just gotta tell her about Brandon." I said but I felt guilty I mean Olivia was nice to me and I felt a real connection to her.
   The meeting went on with plans on how to get Olivia on our side. I fell silent for the rest of the meeting I didn't want to be the reason she lost Brandon. I saw the real connection they have. The way he looks at her and gets angry when I talk to her. The way she lights up when she sees him.
   I was going home I was tired and really just wanted to hang at home I walked in to see my stepmom at the table looking through files.
"Hey mum." I said shutting the door behind me.
"Hey.... Damn it." She said. I assume my mom is talking about the files. All I know is that she is looking for her daughter that her ex took. He refuses to let her see her and have custody.
   Her phone started to ring and she answered it. She works with a recording company she plays music for them.
"Yes I can be right there." She said getting up.
"Hey I will be back later um money is on the counter for food. See you later." She said kissing my head and walking out. I put my leather jacket on a chair and saw the files on the table.
   I wonder what were to happen if it just opened. I quickly flipped it open.
   I started to read the documents and turning pages.
   I couldn't believe my eyes.

   This can't be real.

     My moms daughter.

    Is Olivia.
