~A Year Later~

I sit at the table doing today's class on my online college, I'm finally on my second last year! Next year I'll be able to get my own proper job. As a teacher as well. Peeta has also been working since after a month we got back home, he's taken charge off his family bakery done it up better and now he's on his feet and working, with a smile on his face and we're happy, my family comes over for dinner every Sunday, my brother Chris who's 34 brings his wife Sarah and their two kids Sophie who is 4 and Riley and she's 12  and my other brother George who's 29 and his fiancé Caroline and their son Mallie who's 2 and then my dad.

"Hey baby" Peeta says kissing my cheek and I smile

"Hey. When you starting work?" I ask

"In about twenty minutes" he replies looking at his watch, Willow squeals standing in her cot that we keep downstairs for her to play in, Peeta smiles and takes her out and I smile

"Now you be good for mommy. Okay?" He tells her and she giggles

"I'll take that as a yes" Peeta says and I laugh a little shaking my head and rolling my eyes

"Your birthday and Mother's Day is on this Saturday" Peeta smiles and I raise my eyebrow at him

"And we'll take Willow out for lunch then she can sleep over your brothers and I'll take you out for dinner" Peeta explains as he puts his arms around me from behind while I'm still sitting down and softly kisses my neck softly and I feel my eyes roll back of my head and without knowing a small noise comes out of my mouth making him smirk on my neck and pulls away

"I'm gonna leave now. See you at six" he says after saying goodbye to Willow

"Yeah. See ya babe" I say as he walks out of the door and I sigh, time to finish my class.

I shut Willows door with the monitor on, she's just been put down for her nap, making the house all quiet and peaceful leaving me to finish the rest of my college class online and I have one last page to do. I talked to Madge not long ago and she asked me that when will there be a ring on that finger? Seeing as we've been going out for a few years, my answer is I don't know, maybe after I complete my college online classes and get my diploma sent to me, but we've discussed that as long as it's after my online college school is when Peeta can propose and he respects that.

It's short I know. I mean when is he gonna put a ring on it!!! Hurry Peeta!!!
