•The Special Day•

~Two Months Later~

Deep breath in. And out. In than out. At first I wasn't nervous but now I'm so nervous I can't breathe there are so many thoughts running through my head, will he say I do? Will we be happy? Will he be at the alter? Will he like my dress? So much thoughts run through my head and they make me panic and nervous everyone is ready, Sophie, Lulu, Riley and Willow are all dressed in their dresses Mallie and my cousin Elijah are all in their suits the girls are all done and now we're just waiting for my dad to come in which just on que does

"How are you doin baby girl?" He asks as my prep team walks out and I sigh

"I'm really super nervous daddy. I feel like I'll faint cause I'm panicking so much" I admit and he chuckles

"Don't worry. Once you see him standing there. All of that will go away" he says and I nod and he holds out his arm and I link it with mine and we walk out to the limo that'll take us to the ceremony.

I watch as Lulu and Willow walk down spreading the petals, Sophie and Riley doing the same and the boys walk and then everyone stands and I take one last breath

"Just imagine it's you and him. No one else, it'll calm the nerves" he says and I smile before our feet start moving and soon I'm nearly where Peeta is where a single tear falls down his cheek making me smile and blush. My father kisses my cheek and gives me away to Peeta and everyone sits down and the ceremony starts listening to the pastor and Peeta and I sharing glances at each other and smiling about twenty minutes in he lets us exchange vows. Peeta starts

"Katniss. We've been together for a few years now and in those years you've shown me what it's like to love, be jealous, hurt and happy. Although we've had our dark times, the light ones shine over it and it helps me remember that you love me and I love you. Although you have your flaws, I love them all. You have the kindest yet toughest heart that I've ever seen

I'm glad that you're the mother of our daughter. I'm more than glad that you're standing with me here today. I promise I'm going to treat you like you're a queen and I'll love you forever and never stop no matter what and I promise I'll be here for you no matter what" by the end I have a few tears falling, luckily the make up is waterproof and now it's my turn

"Peeta. When I first met you I thought you were just one of those players that played with girls emotions. But when I got to know the real you I realised how soft and kid you really were, how kindly you treated your siblings and no matter how much you may annoy me and do my head in. I'll still always love you unconditionally

"The rings please." The pastor asks and Elijah and Mallie step up and Peeta and I take each other's ring

"Do you Peeta James Mellark take Katniss Elizabeth Everdeen to be your wealthy wedded wife. In sickness and in health. For better or for worse. For as long as you shall live?"

"I do" Peeta answers slipping the ring on my finger

"Do you Katniss Elizabeth Everdeen take Peeta James Mellark to be your wealthy wedded husband. In sickness and in health. For better or for worse. For as long as you shall live?"

"I do" I smile slipping on the ring

"If you do not wish these to not to be married. Speak up now or forever hold your peace" he waits awhile and when no one answers he starts again

"And now. By the power vested in me. I now pronounce you both husband and wife, you may kiss your bride" and Peeta and I's lips connect together. Sealing our marriage and everyone cheers and claps as we brake away and we walk down the isle while people through confetti and now it's time for photos.

After everyone has done speeches. My father with a really emotional one and my brother Chris just... Well... Being Chris then Peetas sister Kenzie and his aunt Jean then Annie and Finnick and now Peeta and I's first dance is starting, we chose Photograph by Ed Sheeren. Peetas arms go around my waist and mine around his neck as we slowly move to the music

"I love you so much Mrs Mellark" he smiles and I do too

"I love you more Mr Mellark" I reply and I kiss him and soon more people start to join in on the dancing, it's been amazing, it's gone exactly how I planned and I couldn't be happier.
