~Two Months Later~

I finally put Daisy and Harry down for their nap, Willow and Rye are out helping Annie and Finnick with the kids but Peeta and I didn't want to bring Harry and Daisy cause it'll be too much work and so I'm staying home and they've been gone for five hours and now that Harry and Daisy is napping it's quiet again, just as I open my folder to start marking school stuff there's a knock on the door, ugh! Just as I started marking! If it's Peeta I swear to god, I reach the door and open it expecting Peeta but I don't... it's Daniel

"Mrs Mellark is Willow home?" He asks

"Come in Daniel" I say trying to sound nice

"Oh I don-- I must be going home"

"It's only 3:20. The sun hasn't even started setting. In. Now" and he walks in and I grab him by the arm and drag him to the table and I pack away my stuff and I sit across from him, you're not leaving, soon I hear the front door opening and I quickly get up and once Peeta, Willow and Rye is through the door I tell Rye to quietly go upstairs to his room and I tell Peeta and Willow someone came to visit and they follow me to the dining table and Willows eyes grow wide

"You got a lot of nerve coming here boy" Peeta growls and he gulps

"S-sir I-I" he stutters and he looks at Willow sadly

"I'm sorry Willow. It's not what it looked like" he admits and Peeta scoffs

"It's not what it looked like? Do you know how much heartbreak you put my little girl through? I had to see her cry to sleep, saying her heart hurt. You little shit put her through a hard time for three months" Peeta angrily explains

"Daddy. Stop" Willow says and he sighs and turns to her

"I can kick him out? I'll be glad to do it" Peeta says and she laughs a little

"It's okay. I think I want to hear him out" she says

"Okay then. Let's sit" he says and Peeta sits next to Willow sitting across from Daniel while I sit at my usual sit at the end of the table

"I was shocked okay? I-I didn't know who it was, at first I thought it was you cause she had dark hair but when they didn't stop I knew it wasn't you, I saw you in the corner of my eye and when I saw you run I finally processed and pushed her away. Willow it's been killing me knowing that I can't see you, hug you, kiss you, it's been killing me that your parents who once liked me, no hate me. I love you Willow" and I gasp so does Willow

"I-I-I don't know what to say" she says and she looks to both Peeta and I

"Can we maybe have time alone?" She asks and Peeta goes to argue put I grab him and pull him away into the lounge before he can

"Katniss!"

"Peeta. She's a big girl, remember you need to let her do her thing and make her own decisions" I explain sitting us on the couch

"But---"

"Peeta. I know it's hard but just let her make her own decisions" I reply

"Besides..." I put my hand up his shirt

"She is old enough to make her own decisions" I whisper as he groans and I straddle him pulling my hand out from under his shirt

"You're right" he sighs and I smirk

"You are an evil woman Katniss" he says and I lean into his ear

"How bout you punish me later then?" I whisper in his ear and I see his eyes darken and smirk and just as we were about to kiss Willow and Daniel walk in and I get off Peeta so we can both stand

"Mom, dad. Daniel and I have decided to get back together. Please be nice and calm about this and I pinch Peetas arm and he winces and then sighs

"What ever choice you make. Will always support you. We support you and trust you" he says and she smiles and hugs Peeta

"Now. I need to have a little talk to Daniel"
