Ryder's P.O.V

I was getting dressed when Stiles walked in and said," What are you doing?!"

I turned around and looked at him.

"I'm gonna go to the mall, why?" I replied.

"Um, no you're not."

"And why is that?"

I could see the panic in his face as he made up a lie.

"Because.....your supposed to be sick remember?"

I sighed. I knew he was lying and it annoyed me.

"Stiles, I know you are lying. Why can't anyone just tell me the truth?!"

He sighed.

"Ryder, there are things you just don't want to be in the know about!"

"Such as..." I said, wanting him to let something slip.

"Such as the fact that there is a pack of alphas roaming around Beacon Hills...uh-oh." He told me as a look of horror came across his face.

"What?! What does that mean?"

"I shouldn't have said that. Just forget I ever said anything!!! Pancakes?" He said hopefully.

"No Stiles! No pancakes! Not until you tell me what that means! Is that why you won't let me go to school??"

"Is what why I won't let you go to school?"

"The pack of alphas!!!" I yelled.

"There is a pack of alphas and nobody told me?! I'm hurt!"

"Stiles! Tell me right now or else I'm going to get in the car and drive myself to school!"

"No." He said plainly, clearly not planning to go on.

"Fine." I grabbed the keys and headed for the door. Stiles stopped me half way and grabbed the keys from my hand. He ran into the bathroom and locked the door.

"Hey!!" I said.

Scott's P.O.V

My phone buzzed and I looked down to see who it was. It read:

Stiles: Having some trouble with Ryder. Accidentally let it slip about the new pack. Sorry.

I sighed. I knew we shouldn't have left her alone with Stiles.

Ryder's P.O.V

I banged on the bathroom door for the millionth time and yelled,"Stiles!!!! Open up!!"

"Never!" Came a muffled reply from behind the door.

"Fine then. If you won't give me the keys, I will just walk there."

There was silence.

Then came,"Is there anything I can do to stop you?"

"No."

Then I heard a sigh and the unlocking of the door. It revealed a tired looking Stiles.

He handed me the keys.

"Fine. But I am coming with you."
