Tam rolled his eyes so hard he swore he could see the back of his head. "I would dare you, but it's not like you could do it anyway."
"You wanna go, Bangs?" Keefe retorted, flipping his hair in the process.
A/N: okay so u have this cute imaginary thing that Keefe is the the of person to give everyone nicknames and says 'you wanna go' and 'fight me' a lot and I'm laughing omg
"You'd just waste your energy losing," Tam said and put his head in his hand. "I can do this all day."
A/N: I come up with the most sarcastic things for Tam to say I need to stop
Keefe looked baffled. Fitz covered his mouth with his hand, trying not to laugh, though he looked like he was going to burst. Biana was looking back and forth at Tam and Keefe as they played The Insult Game, a game that you have to insult/or be sarcastic a person and if they can't come up with a retort you're out.
Sophie didn't want to take sides but secretly did anyway (comment on who you choose). They all sat in a small circle on the floor of Sophie's room. Keefe had made the mistake of wanting to play the game and Tam couldn't resist this opportunity. Linh was the first one out because all she could think of was a compliment to Dex, then Sophie to Fitz and then Fitz to Dex, who laughed and had no problem with insulting him. Keefe and Tam were at each other's throats in no time. Now, they were both the last ones left in the game.
"How's the weather down there, short stuff?" Keefe grinned evilly, his sky blue eyes slightly devilish.
"I'm literally 2 inches shorter than you," Tam said with an sigh. "It's not like you'd know, you don't even know how count on your fingers."
"At least I'm not trying to be cool. Some of us are born with it, some of us, like you, are not."
"I may have lived in a tent for more than a few months, but I know for a fact that your 'cool' is as fake as your hair styling."
"You can insult anything about me, but do not insult The Hair," Keefe warned. "You wouldn't know anything about styling with that hair on you, now would you? But it looks fabulous in you though," Keefe added to Linh, who blushed bright pink.
"Style is one thing. Stupidity is another. And you clearly have stupidity," Tam glared at him. Linh shoves him.
"It's not like you're any better. All you have going for you is... You know what I can't even name anything you have going for you. Man, that's sad," Keefe shrugged.
"The only thing you have going for you is your looks, which will shrivel away if you keep using that nasty hairspray."
"You just admitted I was good looking, ha!" Keefe laughed mockingly. A good ten seconds passed when he took a breath. "Oh that was funny."
"Anything you have to say?" Tam asked, suddenly with a peaceful tone. Fitz looked taken aback. Dex snorted, he knew what was coming.
"Um... No?"
"Then I win," Tam laughed then, an evil one that made Sophie shiver. "You didn't insult me!"
"Wait--" Keefe started but was cut off by Dex and Fitz patting Tam and on the back and congratulating him. "But--"
"Sorry, buddy. Better luck next time," Fitz said with a apologetic smile, which wasn't even directed towards Sophie but it still made her heart skip a beat anyway.
"Finally! Someone who is smarter and more sarcastic than Keefe wins!" Dex roared laughing.
Keefe pouted, obviously joking. But Tam still walked over and shook his hand, being a fair sportsman. Linh smiled sweetly, and laughed at Biana's eyebrows raise as Keefe shook back. A/N: omg Biana and Linh would be the cutest friends
Sophie smiled. It was good to have her friends back after everything, and being able to play the most insulting game after everything.
