Chapter 20: The Explanation

Ashton's POV

I looked through the little window to see Briana. But she wasn't there.. I wondered where she could of gone.. I saw Dacey was looking at the door and then getting up, not knowing what to do.. I mouthed to her, "What happened?"    She mouthed back, "Briana."

After the interview, I went to go look for Briana. I saw Dacey sitting on a bench by the restrooms. "Dacey where's Briana?" 

"Ugh! You should be ashamed of yourself!! Having the nerve to not say that you at least think Briana is one of those 'cute' girls! She told me everything!" Dacey said standing up, looking up because of my height. 

"Everything?" I asked. 

"Yeah! About how you two are dating and just everything!" Dacey yelled. 

I put my hand on her mouth to stop her from talking. "Dacey it's supposed to be a secret.. Now.. tell me where is Briana.." I said gently removing my hand so she can tell me. 

"She's in the bathroom.."

"Briana?" I whispered. I heard a small gasp in one of the stalls and something hit something else. "Ow..That hurt.." She whispered. I chuckled and looked for feet in the stalls. I saw Briana's studded combat boots in the stall. I knocked slowly on the door and said, "Briana, I know you're in there.." 

"Ashton go away." Briana scoffed. 

"Bri, I'm sorry.. I didn't mean it like that! I wanted to protect you, to protect us! It's cause of your brother and you know how he is.." I said. I heard sniffling and a small cough. "Oh no.. Bri.. No no no don't cry please.. Please open the door.." I said. 

I heard more sniffling and then Briana breathing heavily, "I'm.. not.. crying.. I'm not.." 

"Bri.. Please open the door.." 

She didn't answer so I sat down on the floor and waited for her. After a couple of minutes, I heard her shift and move. She finally unlocked the door and opened it up. She looked down at me and it didn't even look like she cried. I stood up and looked down at her. She continued to look at me and just stared. I leaned in and kissed her softly. She just stood there. "I'm.. Sorry.." I said in between the kisses. She smiled into the kiss and then finally gave in. She wrapped her arms around my neck as I pulled her up to the counter. Her finagers went into my hair and that was always a sign, she wanted more.. But not now.. We're in a bathroom for god's sake.. "Briana.. Bri.. Ana.." I pulled away.. "Let's continue this at home? The boys will be out.." I said. She smiled then nodded.

We got back to the house and the boys didn't leave.. Luke and Dacey went upstairs so, we all decided to watch a movie. Calum picked Anchor Man.

Halfway into the movie, the guys fell asleep, leaving me and Briana alone. I put my arm around her shoulder as she put her head on my shoulder. "Ashton..." She whispered.

"Yeah?" I whispered back. 

"Never mind.." She whispered. I nodded and continued to watch the movie.

"Briana?" I whispered. 

"Yeah?"

"Tag your it.." I whispered getting up, running away. 

I hid at the entrance of the theater room to scare Briana. She walked out and I grabbed her behind and put her over my shoulder. "Ashton! Let me go!" She whispered screamed. I took her outside to the backyard. "Hope you can swim.." I said laughing. I jumped in the pool with Briana in my arms. Clothes and everything..  We both swam to the surface and looked at each other. Before Briana could start yelling at me, I kissed her, and moved down to her jawline, then her neck. "You're.. so.. Not... getting away... with this.." She said trying to hide the small moans. I laughed to myself and continued. I took off my shirt since Briana was almost about to do it for me.. She took over control while I wasn't paying attention.. She pinned me against the pool wall and started kissing my lips softly, but roughly at the same time. She moved down to my jawline, then down to my neck. She knew this was my sweet spot, plus she was rubbing her hand lightly over my abs, which turned me on so bad.. I guess I moaned slightly, so Briana heard. She laughed slightly and continued. She came closer to my body and it was almost she wanted to turn me on, purposely. Her leg was between mine and then her arms were up on my neck. She continued to kiss my lips and then pulled away, breathless. She came in closer and put her forehead on mine. "You want more?" She whispered. I nodded and leaned in to kiss her but she stuck up her hand to stop me. "Catch me first.." She swam away really fast and then got out of the pool. I followed her as she went into the house. I saw her feet going upstairs and so I followed her. I was right behind her and then she closed her room's door.. "Briana.. Open this door right now." I growled. She laughed and then said, "Make me.." I smirked and then opened it. "I thought I locked it.." 

"Well you didn't.." I laughed. She smirked and then I pinned her down on the bed. I hovered over her and started to kiss her. She took off her shirt then I took off my pants while she didn't take her shorts off. I put my hand on her upper thigh and moved it down slightly.. I was playing her shorts band and teasing her about it. I was about to pull them down but then she got my hand and pulled away.. 

"Ashton, no.. not now.. please?" She said. 

"It's fine.." I replied, smiling a bit. 

For the rest of the night, Briana and I decided to watch a movie in her room. She eventually fell asleep cuddling with me, so I pulled away from her so she can sleep comfortably. She moved into a comfortable position by herself, so I got up and tucked her in. She looked so peaceful and beautiful when she sleeps. I kissed her forehead and then I walked out of her room, careful not to make noise, even though she's a heavy sleeper. I closed the door slowly and then walked into my room across the hall. I changed into much more comfortable clothing, a.k.a my boxers and no shirt. I cuddled with my blanket and drifted into a relaxing sleep.
