''Thank you again for the dinner, baby.'' Matt kisses my template.

''Stop saying thank you!'' I roll my eyes playfully. He stops laughing and stares at me. ''What.''

''I'm just very thankful for this family.'' He smiles, looking down at  Ashton. We aren't really family since me and Matt aren't married.

''Yeah,'' I slightly smile, avoiding my thoughts. ''I'm gonna get Ashton cleaned up so we can go home.''

I start to sit up until Matt pulls me back. ''I can do it.''

''Mat-'' He cuts me off. ''I want to.''

I nod my head, allowing him to get Ashton cleaned up. I just didn't want him to do it because he hasn't really taken care of Ashton before. I know that Ashton is his child, but as a lady, whom should have these natural instincts, it took me awhile to get used to it.

''Oh shit,'' Matt mumbles. I look towards Matt's employees to see them already giving Matt a look.

''Did you just curse in front of your child?'' Ashley says in disgust.

''No,'' Matt smirks. ''I said ocean. Ashton's diaper is full like an ocean.''

I hide my face from his employees because of my giggles.

''Wow,'' Ashley says, looking towards her husband. These people are so judgemental.

''I'm ready,'' Matt says, walking towards me with Ashton.

''Let's go.''

.

''Then I like sit in this specific chair and read to him until he sleeps.'' I tell Matt since he wanted to know how I put Ashton to sleep so fast.

''Ashton is pretty calm like Riley.'' Matt smiles, looking on the floor.

I gulp, not wanting to talk about her and for what she did. I turn off Ashton's light and turn on his night light, leaving the room and Matt to my room.

I get in bed and sigh. This isn't the first time he has talked about Riley, comparing to Ashton. I told him the first time, but all he said was that he loves me. He says that so much that I get scared because it has so much value, but it can lose it's value after a while. I know that the feeling of love will never go away, but the meaning might.

''I'm sorry,'' Matt whispers, walking into the room. He walks to my side of the bed and gets on his knees. ''I wasn't thinking.''

''You never think.'' I mumble, looking at him.

''I'm sorry,'' Matt says again.

''Just go to bed,''  I grab his face and peck his lips. He slightly smiles with sad eyes and gets in bed. I could tell that he read my face because of those eyes. That's what I love about him most. He can read my face.

''Goodnight,'' I turn to Matt. He kisses my templates before closing his eyes.
