Chapter 29

Dan stayed on the boat for a few hours. We walked home about mid-night, when we reached the front door Dan pulled me closed, I fell into his chest. He lift my head up until I am looking at him. He leaned in a kissed me. 

“What was the for?”

“It's Christmas eve and I love you.”

I just blushed and giggled like a teenager.

“Do you know you are so cute when you blush and giggle like that.” murmur Dan

Dan and I walked into the house to find Sophie wandering the hall, in her Pj's.

Dan had his arm wrapped around me. I am still wearing his jacket. Sophie turned around and looked at us.

“OMG that's so cute looking, wait there until I get my phone. I need to get a picture. Don't move.”

Murmur Sophie.

Sophie ran to her room, she was literally only 30 seconds. She stood into front of Dan and I. I had my head on Dan's shoulder while his arm is around my waist. Sophie took a few pictures. 

I lift my hand up to show Sophie the ring. Sophie's face froze when she spotted the ring, her jaws just dropped. 

“Oh my God, you are getting married! You are going to be my sister.”

“Yes.”

Sophie came over to hug me.

“Can I go to bed now?” I asked

“Yes you may.” murmur Sophie

Dan and I headed up stairs. I stepped out of my lovely silk blue dress. I am standing in the middle of the bedroom in my bra and panties. I looked to over to find Dan staring. 

“Eh-hem, may I help you?”

“Sorry I was just admiring you hot body.”

“Flattering won't get you anywhere.”

I went over to Dan's draw and looked through it to find a T-shirt. I found that black one I love.

“Hey that's mine, you know?”

“Yeah, I believe it's mine too. When you purpose to me you basically sign up for sharing everything.”

I put the T-shirt on, then Dan grabbed me from behind and lift me up and placed me on the bed. He climbed on top of me and pinned my arms down. 

“I haven't have had sex with you for a while, so don't tempt me to have you now.”

Dan leaned in a kissed me, our tongues began to explore each others mouths. After a while I just laid my head on Dan's chest until I fell asleep. 

In the morning I walked like a zombie, with my hair sticking up, down the stairs for some coffee. I found Sophie sitting at the idle with a big grin on her face.

“What's the grin for?”

“Oh nothing.”

“Tell me what you have planned?”

“How did you know I had something planned?”

“Your Dan's sister, I learned that this family seems to have a sneaky surprises hidden here and there.”

“Okay, well I basically have everything planned out.”

“Oh really? What exactly.” I said as I sat on the stool in front of Sophie with my coffee.

“Well, I was thinking of having your engagement party tomorrow, considering all the family will be coming to visit for the big family dinner. I was thinking of having the wedding on New Years Eve, because it would be romantic to have your honeymoon night with the ring in of New Years.”

“What big family dinner? New Years Eve seriously Sophie that's well too soon, we have nothing planned or anything. By chance did you think of Faith and Destiny’s christening in that little planner of yours?”

“Yeah sweetie you seriously don't know this family, especially my mother. The whole lot is planned out, my mother has had wedding plans set out of years she just needs what one you and Dan picks. Yeah our family has a big dinner party every Christmas, I am guessing Dan didn't mention it to you. Well he doesn't like them, sometimes he doesn't show up. Well basically everyone comes out for a big party, family and friend's. It wouldn't be that hard to turn it into a engagement party. Oh you have picked their names, well you can have their christening on the 29th of December or after you honeymoon.”

Okay seriously I need to think about this I think my head is going to explode.

“Okay will you please excuse me for one minute.”

I walked out of the kitchen back up to the bedroom.

“Dan get up!”

I got no response.

“Yo lazy head, get your butt up.” I shouted at him as I pulled the covers off him.

“Okay I am up. What is it?”

“Oh nothing, just that our wedding has been practically planned out. That Sophie's wants the big family Christmas dinner to be our Engagement party and New years Eve to be our wedding day.”

“Ah Fuck the dinner, seriously I hate them, I forgotten about it. Yeah I forgot to tell you basically my wedding has been planned out since I was like eight.”

“Oh you forgot to tell me, our wedding has basically been planned for the past 21 years, oh okay. Will please excuse me.” I said as I locked myself in the bathroom.
