The door opened and shut as such maybe dozens of times a day. You grow use to it as you get older. I always told that to my younger siblings as they complained to mother and father about how loud and annoying it was. Being the oldest of six-soon-to-be-seven children means I have to repeat myself constantly.

"Lord Phantomhive! Welcome back, and who's the little gentleman you have here?" Our father always spoke loudly, so then if he needed one of us out in the parlor he didn't have to say it twice. Lord Phantomhive often came to pick up sweets for his wife and son, guess he decided to bring the little man this time.

"You shall meet my oldest! Jamie!Come here, I want you to meet a valued customer!" I sighed and wiped off my hands. I was surprised to see how small he was, the young Phantomhive, [y/b/n] is a bit older than him but much taller. I gave a polite (bow/curtsie) and smiled at the two.

"Jamie here is my pride and joy, much like your boy! They never fail to impress me!" Father boasted, young Phantomhive wasn't really paying attention to him, but to the sweets in the display. I knelt down to his height.

"Would you like one, young man?" He jumped at my voice, but nodded eagerly. He pointed at my freshly made apple tarts, then looked at my when a large smile.

"They are quite small, would you like two?" He nodded again, then was confused when I grabbed three. I placed them in a little package, and handed it to him with a wink.

"It's a baker's double. Be sure to share this with your mother, young man." I patted his head, then stood up as I could smell something start to burn. Father and I looked at each other.

"You better go save that bread before we have to give to the farmers!" Father bellowed before giving Lord Phantomhive the amount he owned. I rushed back to the kitchen to see the twins goofing off.

"Damn brats! The hell did I tell you about goofing off! Time is money and you're wasting it!" I scolded, pulling out the bread to prevent anymore of it from getting thrown out. I sighed in relief that only the ones in the very back were partially burnt, maybe [y/s/n] could turn the burnt ones into small pastries with the bread that's still good. I noticed out of the corner of my eye that the twins were trying to escape.

"Oh no you don't! After we close you two are cleaning all of the tables and ovens! You won't have supper until I approve!" They tried to protest immediately ceased their blabbering when I gave them 'The Devil's Eye' as all the siblings call it. With my [h/l], [h/c] hair and [e/c] eyes it created a glare that made my siblings freeze in fear and follow directions.

The door opened and shut again as it always did.

The Phantomhives would come at least twice a month, somethings three. As they did, Father would introduce the young Phantomhive to my younger siblings. I would peek out to see him always choose my apple tarts, and they would give him only two. The poor kid looked embarrassed when the twins gave him four.

"I know who the young Phantomhive has been waiting to see! Jamie!" It was Christmas, I wasn't surprised to see Lord and Lady Phantomhive and the young Phantomhive all bundled up. The young man looked like him had gotten the last sweet, he was partially bouncing in his place.

"So this is the one and only Jamie you've spoken so highly of, Ciel?" We both turned red slightly. What was he saying exactly to his mother?

"It a pleasure to meet you Lady Phantomhive. And a pleasure to see you again Lord Phantomhive." I (bowed/curtsied) to them before kneeling down to Ciel's height with a close-eyed smile.

"It's wonderful to see you again, Ciel. The usual, I suppose?" He nodded the turned to his mother, asking if she wanted something.

"Always a gentleman, of course dearie. What would you suggest, Mr. Jamie?" Lady Phantomhive asked me, I gave it a few seconds to ponder, but quickly walked behind the display case and pulled out a new creation.

"Rhubarb cake with baked sugar on top. By far the sweetest piece made here." I gave the two a sample, and Ciel was quick to ask for more. The adults all laughed while a went back down to his height.

"Merry Christmas, and a Happy Birthday, Ciel."
